I made my appointment three weeks ago. Updated my address, phone number and email when I called and made the appointment. My appointment was at 10am I showed up at 9:40am. When I came into the lobby no one was at the front desk at all for 1o minutes. The a staff member came through the front door at 9:50am and asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes and gave her my name and she looked at the schedule and told yes Im on there and that Im all checked in and ready to go and that they would be calling me back shortly.... After 10am a different lady called me up to the front desk and let me know that they didnt have a provider to see me because they already had an appointment for 10am with the other provider... And told me that they tried calling but the wrong number was in my chart.... NOT TRUE I updated everything when I made my appointment!! They had my wait for no reason. Their staff is rude and has a crappy attitude towards me because they messed up. NO communication at all. They could of told me while I was waiting but no... Seriously so rude. Im a single mother and dont have time for people wasting my time and giving me a crappy attitude.

Going to the dentist can be a tramatic thing for alot of us. I am one of those that dread it, however, today I have a new outlook. I have a great fear of needles and the drill and I did not feel a thing! I almost feel asleep. Dr Rodman and staff were very gently, explained everything as they went and I was done in no time at all. One more concern I had was that I would be treated with less respect and get less quality care being on "Obamacare" then when I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield, I was wrong. The staff were very pleasant and professional from start to finish. Thank you, you are a great example for the rest to follow in a professional dental care establishment.

Awsome customer service!!!! Was having an issue on a day they were closed and the dentist called me on his personal line to ensure they would see me asap. The next morning I was in pain and not in a pleasant mood yet they asuures me to come in and they would get me in. I hate the dentist and was hesitant to go in out of fear of sitting there all day. The staff was extremely nice and professional, they got me in and taken care of right away. I never look forward to going to the dentist, but at least they make it a easy process to deal with. Thank you for the help today and getting the follow up procedures scheduled qucikly.

It is with a big thank you, that I write this review. I have such a fear of dental procedures, I can hardly make myself go to the dentist. This fear was full blown when I went to Woodburn Community Dental. From the first consultation and through out all the procedures, I have been treated with respect and caring. My comfort was made top priority by Dr. Rodman, Dr. Laveen, Josie, Mickey, Stacey, and all the rest of this fantastic team. I could not have picked a better team. Rude people at the front desk. I walked in with my kid and there were two woman at the front desk. One of the girls (with the highlights) was eating, she looked straight at us ignored us and sat down. The other woman (with black hair and heavier build) addressed me like I was a child. The services are great they should just hire better receptionists.

My teeth feel great after getting my cleaning done here! The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor is friendly and takes the time to get to know you. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to seeing everyone there. I loved I was able to get an appointment right away too!!

they always attend me late, theyre rude, the ladies up front are always gossiping when Im here. talking about how the dentist here is so cute. there eating tacos right now, while talking to patients. extremely rude. I love the dentists though, there fast and friendly .

The staff didnt seem to know what they were dping. They also charge me 775 dollars for something I never and done I only went in there for a cleaning..... Im never coming back I should have know anyways right next to Walmart and subway.

Love this place for several reasons! Only took me 2 days to be seen! I took 3 of my kids and we were there for hour and a half! The staff is awesome! I will recommend this place to everyone!
