Let me start by saying I waited a couple days to leave this review so I could calm down. As a Christian I didnt want to say things I would regret. I know the damage that can be done from a review but I had to speak up on this experience. Dr.Song is a very sweet doctor and I have recommended him many many times and everyone I have sent to him agrees he is precious. But my daughter and I had a terrible experience at his office the other day. We had an emergency with a toddler (my sweet grand baby) and the nurse was so ugly to my already very upset daughter. Almost blaming her for the accident. An obviously very upset mom did not need to be treated so hatefully by anyone, especially the nurse caring for her son. It broke my heart. This lady has no idea how truly deep she hurt my daughter and me. I had to really pray about leaving this review but the actions of this nurse were so out of line I cant, in good faith, recommend this office again. What a crying shame to treat any mother that way in an already very stressful and heart wrenching situation.

I was with this doctor from the time my first child was born in 2012, I love dr Song I have recently switched pediatricians. not because of Dr. Song ,but because of his office staff. The Korean Women in the front is very rude at times she was very short with us. I took my Peachstate cents booklet to have it completed they didnt want to do it asked could i leave it there and then lost it so guess what i lost out on 70 dollars of rewards. I will not recommend this doctor to any one the office staff is rude.

Office staff needs to be replaced. She is very cold hearted person working with babies. I dont have a phone or a car at the moment and she is not very understanding. Instead she likes to charge extra fees to poor people out of pocket when she is having a bad day she takes it out on the people and babies. She doesnt even realize I understand her cursing in Korean

Dr. Song Samuel is nice to my daughter and very thoughtful to take care of her sickness. Of course I dont have to wait that long so I like their professional manners to do their jobs. Thank you.
