Im currently looking for a new doctor only because of the front desk office staff ... it is become a nightmare .. my son 4 has been going to Dr hood since he was born she is awesome and the other doctors she has brought on has been amazing but the over scheduling and the times Ive made appointments and when I get there they tell me I dont have an appointment ... when you actually get to go to the appointment you scheduled you are there all day and we have had to sit on the floor .... besides all the inconvenience the office staff have the worst attitude problem... Im tired of rescheduling and waiting just to be treated like crap. Oh and so many problems since December when my son was supposed to get his well check and its March and my son hasnt gotten his well check yet!!!

My daughter has been going here now for 4 years, and Im so appreciative for Dr.Hood and all of her staff. They have excellent expertise and knowledge when it comes to just about any concern or question with my child, and they genuinely care about your child and his or her well being. I trust them with my daughter and she loves them and feels safe and taken care of whenever we have an appointment. Theyve never given me a problem, theyre very consistent and professional. I highly recommend.

This morning I had an appointment at 9:30 and one of the nurses tell me that I dont have an appointment this has already happened to me four times where they tell me I have an appointment in this date n time and I end up just going home. I even saved the little card with the date and time they gave me so I could show them this time that I did have an appointment I ended up just going straight home , To change my pediatrician . The women upfront are lazy rude and unorganized!!

Lets just say if you intend on visiting this doctor office clear your entire day because you dont know when your leaving, nor do you know which doctor your going to see... oh and pray you even have a sear for you and your children to sit because apparently theyre very prompt on OVERBOOKING !

AWESOME! When a doctor these days takes the time to answer any questions before rushing off to the next patient than theyre a good doctor and thats what you will find here. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. I would recommend anyone looking for a pediatrician to go here.

All of the doctors and staff is very good here and also friendly and helpful... Dr Hood and the other dr is very very very good pediatrician when you talk they listen. My oldest son is 5 going on 6 years old and my youngest is 2 weeks old.
