I dont write reviews but I had to write this one because I allowed negative comments to stop me from joining ABC Pediatrics right away. Im new to this area my old pediatrician is over 50 miles away so I decide to switch I went to two other offices before finally giving in and went to ABC Pediatric Group. The phones are busy I did leave a message after calling twice and I received a phone call back an hour or so later. I have 4 kids they couldnt see all 4 at one time since Im new I wasnt happy and hung up the phone within 15 mins the office manager called me (without my request) and she explained the office policy than she help me schedule my appointments. The office is being upgraded its nice and bright. Everyone was helpful and polite. I Love ABC Pediatric Group.

I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The staff is lazy and incompetent. It takes forever to talk to someone. They put you on hold forever and never call you back when you leave messages. Despite their reputation they are no longer worth my time and energy. I am the mother of a preemie and dont have the time for this headache. I am looking for a more professional environment for my child. Ridiculous!

The doctors are great. They show patience for your little ones as well...... But that front desk staff is horrible!!. Each one of them give you attitude about simple things, they never answer the phone, they cant even pretend to be professional and God forbid you need them to follow up with you. This is a great pediatric practice however that front desk staff may almost run that business into the ground!!

They rarely answer the phone. I got horrible advice from the NP that were still trying to bounce back from. Filthy waiting room. And Ive been trying for almost a month now to get them to transfer my daughters medical record. The office manager and the incompetent front desk staff have ignored us. In the rare event they answer the phone, they are rude. All we need is our records transferred, its amazing...

All three of our kids have been seen by Dr. Cumberbatch and Dr. Blair. I could not express how excellent they are. They are highly professional and and passionate in their care of their patients. My youngest is now 17 and we will soon be transitioning out of their care. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the good work!

Made several calls to nurse Austin who never returned my call. Also left a message with the office manager and never heard back. Wont be returning to this office. Hope the doctor gets staff in order so they continue to lose paying patients.

Doctors are awesome but can rarely get them on phone for an appointment or something else..I had to drive there last week just to get some information that I could have gotten over the phone!!!..ridiculous!..

They have long wait times. Very hard to make an appointment. Ive currently been on hold for about 25 min. Although they have decent doctors and nurses I will be switching soon.
