I had heard about them through my clients and had been meaning to go in and finally found a spare moment. And thats all I needed. Nate did a good job on my back, considering it is laid like a slab of concrete at the moment. He got my lower back and hip to adjust, and while at the time my upper back and neck fought him like a champion, I could feel it loosening throughout the day. I cant wait to go back, but will wait after I get a massage to loosen the upper back so that he can have a fair shot. It gave me the relief I needed to push through an intense level of work. It is affordable and effective, and that is all I want from a chiropractor.
