I was hit in a car accident. After 2 visits to ER and 4 bottles of medicine later i still had horrible pounding migraines which made me feel like i wanted to get sick all through the day. After my first visit to Virginia Spine Care my headaches were nothing more than a little fuzzyness. My neck was moving again great with little pain. Not only was the communication great, he was honest and i contacted him late right before the weekend. He had me in the next day they were open to get me back to a normal life. I will highly recommend this Chiropractor to anyone and everyone i know.

I was looking for a Chiropractor to take the place of mine who was retiring. I tried a number of practices in Virginia Beach and just couldnt find one I felt comfortable with and who provided the care that I expected. A friend of mine recommended Virginia Spine Care and Im so glad she did! Dr. Jay and Dr. Skelton are masters in their craft and they run an extremely professional clinic. If youre considering chiropractic, this is the practice you should try!

Ive been a patient for at least five years. Aside from the friendly staff (Rita is usually the lady at the front, and she make you feel like family) I always leave feeling better! I had a headache that wouldnt go away...that was fixed in one visit! My back issues have required more time, but Im always able to move so much better after my visit. Dr. Jay gave me a plan of regular treatments, so I can stay active without pain.

When my daughter and I were in a serious car wreck, I was recommended to Dr. Jay and Dr. Skeleton by a family member, and I was pleasently surprised at how much they were able to help me thru my recovery. They became like a second family to my daughter and I. If I ever need help again I will be returning to Virginia Spine Care and it is who I recommend to people I know in need of help.

Dr. Jay really helped me out with my running injury, when I thought I might not ever be able to run again. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get me back in my running shoes, and it didnt take long. This place is a rip off!! I had insurance that was covering my injuries from my car accident and these people still wanted money from my settlement that my lawyer worked hard to get!! Do NOT ever go here for treatment!! They kept me coming back when i was telling them I felt better!! Now i see why they only wanted my money!!!
