After my daughter woke one Friday morning, unable to move her neck without severe pain, I began quickly looking online for a chiropractor. I knew from past experience out of state that I wanted to find someone who treated the whole patient. Dr. Lombardozzis website was informative and helpful (contrary to the competition). Upon learning the severity of my daughters neck injury, the office manager kindly squeezed us into a same-day appointment. The office staff was friendly and welcoming, and explained that typically, a patient only has a consultation and possibly x-rays at the first visit. (The consultation was free.) We were relieved to talk with Dr. Lombardozzi during our consultation who carefully reviewed her medical history, her current condition and pain, explained what had happened to her neck, walked us through the x-rays, and discussed a plan for treatment. He confirmed that while typically an adjustment is not done on an initial consultation visit, my daughters case was an exception (she was in pain and could not move her head) and he treated her that day. The recommended course of treatment was expected and reasonable and my daughter has found great relief in her occasional adjustments. The care from Dr. Lombardozzi and the other chiropractors has always been effective and exceptional. Additionally, my family has attended free seminars offered by Dr. Lombardozzi on various topics of personal health and wellness. I have learned a lot from the office visits, as well, as Dr. Lombardozzi and his staff always take time to answer questions. We have always been treated with kindness and respect in this office over the years and with top-notch chiropractic care, and I am honored to provide this recommendation.

I was involved in a bad accident two years ago that left me with substantial injuries. In the course of those two years I have seen a handful of different pain specialists and chiropractic offices. For the first time since my accident, I truly feel I am finally getting the proper treatment my body needs. Not only are they thorough with their adjustments, massages, and physical therapy they have the most welcoming and friendly staff. You can tell these physicians and employees not only care about you as a patient but also as if you were family. I recommend Doctor Lynch out of the chiropractic staff. He always takes the time to listen to how youre feeling and adjusts accordingly. With Doctor Lynch you never feel rushed or hurried out the door, even during peak hours which is something I love about him. If youre looking for a chiropractic care office look no further. I have even been to Gershon pain specialist and still recommend Kempsville Chiropractic.

I am a local student who suffers from chronic migraines. Kempsville chiropractic seems amazing when you go to your first and second visit, but do not trust all they say as absolute. They call your insurance to give you actual prices on your second visit and set up a plan with you. I was told that my first payments would only be $7.20 and if I signed up for automatic withdrawl I would be able to pay slowly, so I did. When I lost my job and told them to take me off the automatic withdrawl, they did not and almost bounced my checking account. I also was charged for a massage that I already paid for and had to go to all the trouble to get my banking statement to proove it. Then, they told me my insurance co. lied to them and my $7.20 payment was actually over $30 each visit. Now I owe them over $100 that I do not have. Be careful and do not trust everything you are told; do the insurance research yourself! :)

I took my daughter to see Dr. Lombardozzi after she was diagnosed with acid reflux due to allergies. I found about chiropractic care and decided to take her in to see a chiropractor hoping to avoid medication. She was three months old at the time she began her adjustments with Dr. Lombardozzi. The adjustments improved her condition significantly and over time the reflux and the allergies were gone. If you are on the fence about having your child adjusted, don’t be. There is a lot of research that supports the results we had. The front desk staff is extremely nice and informative and will be happy to answer all your questions. Dr. Lombardozzi is passionate, caring and knowledgeable. My family was transformed by chiropractic care and the doctors at Kempsville chiropractic. Sadly, we moved and we cannot see Dr. Lombardozzi anymore but you definitely should!

I have been going to Kempsville Chiropractic for many years. Initially I got chiropractic care to deal with 2 vertebrae in my neck that were starting to fuse together. That problem was successfully corrected in less than 10 visits. After learning more about chiropractic care, I decided to use chiropractic care for wellness care, and as preventative care. To stay healthy and keep my nervous system in top condition I now have a quick monthly appointment. Dr Lombardozzis adjustments have worked — I have not been sick, not even a cold, in more than 15 years. Using chiropractic care to keep me healthy and well has worked better than any medications could.

If you are looking for doctors who will improve your health then look no further. Kempsville Chiropractic has an amazing staff and doctors who really care about their patients. They are always very helpful and answer any questions you may have. Whether you are experiencing back problems, headaches, or just have a cold; they can help. I always feel better every time I leave an appointment. And that is why I drive 30 minutes every visit, even though I could easily avoid the drive & see another practice by my house, I know I would not receive the same care as I would at Kempsville Chiropractic. I would highly recommend Dr. Lomardozzi & Dr. Lane.

My experiences has been awesome and a blessing to me.I started going because of lower back problems . Dr.Frank Lombardozzi talk with me and said he could help me. I had never been into pain medication and he didnt believe in covering up the pain but sloving the problem. After working with me ,I relies I had stop complaining about my back . I then began lifting weights and became a Ifbb professional bodybuilder at the age of 40 . Its been 20 plus years now and I still go for mantence . After my car accidents, he has always put me back together . The staff is friendly and helpful. I love him and I promise, you will too!

I came here after a year of receiving the Impulse IQ, which is like the activator, only better lol. Anyway, from the get go, the staff was very friendly and helpful in all they did for my fiance and me. They know names and remember what we talked about at the last visit. Its pretty awesome! Because I was used to another method of adjusting, I told myself to give the office a little time before deciding whether or not I thought it was worth it, and within two weeks, the pain I had been feeling went away! Im now a believer in manual adjustments and am committed to finishing out my year with them. Thank guus!

Coming to Kempsville Chiropractic has changed my life! Before I started therapy, I suffered from constant headaches, neck pain, digestive problems, and depression. Dr. Lombardozzi and his team customized a treatment plan specifically for me that includes adjuments, exercise therapy, and massage therapy.
