Front desk clerk was very nice and respectful. As far the doctors and other staff they were very rude and had poor attitudes, also their bedside manners SUCKED. I was not being seen however i was in the room with my mother the entire visit. They made my mother feel as if she was not being truthful and faking her injuries because of a preexisting condition. We were recently involved in a car accident. Whether it was a major accident or a minor accident, an accident is an accident. One of the staff members came into the room while my mother is was receiving her hot bath treatment, halfway dressed may i add, and rudely asked her why she was still in the chair!?. WELL because she is in the middle of her treatment? If she was DONE why couldnt you just politely tell my mother that shes good to go and to now proceed to get dressed? I asked the lady if i could get a complaint form because i told them their customer service was not very pleasing and she rolled her eyes at me and said WOW and left the room and slammed the door. I will never come here in my life! My mother is already in so much pain and these people that are suppose to make you feel better and care for you. They absolutely made matters worst and made my mother feel discombobulated ! WE will never ever come her AGAIN and i do not recommend this place to anybody. Well for anybody that wants to feel welcomed, satisfied and cared for!

I took my 5 year old son here and although the services provided by the doctor were "fair", my general impression was negative. When we arrived, there were 3 people in the waiting area. After me, another 2 arrived. My son was the only kid and was called the last one without explanation. Oh yes, there was a very stupid explanation "you have 3 people before you". I replied that it was not true, that there were 2 arriving after me (no one seem to be soooo sick really) and that my kids (I had to take my 4 year old son as well) were tired and hungry, but they didnt care.My son was called after 2 hours and after 5 people that were called before him. In summary, if you have a son or a daughter, I would not recommend this center, they are not trained to serve children.

Most people only take the time to write reviews when they are negative so I thought I would fix that. I had a very good experience here. I got in quickly, everyone was very polite and sympathetic to the pain I was in. My nurse was absolutely fantastic. She came to check up on me while I was waiting for the doctor and brought me a heat pack for my back. I did have to wait a bit but the lobby was full so considering how many people were there it seemed fairly quick. The doctor took me seriously and gave me very good recommendations. Overall, if I need to go to an urgent care facility again, this will be the one I go to. I give my full recommendation if you need a facility like it. They were great.

My mom was trying to find a place for my grandmother to get her coumidin checked monthly. All the clinic had to do was take her blood, place in the machine and send it to her coumidin clinic...but she was declined due to my grandmother being over 72yrs old. How does a doctor turn away a patient due to her age? Once you hit 72 are you no longer of value to get help?

Rawls its the worst attempt of a doctor I have ever delt with .after spending $100 for nothing we went to kings daughters later that evening to find out our son has a very bad ear ache which he said the looked fine .. he also left another patients paper work in our room I took pictures of it for legal reasons I will post that as well

Horrible how you walk in for workers comp and sit for 1 hour, man walks in same reason for being there and walks right in after a 3 minute wait... and when you ask why oh its not by the order you arrived but the treatment necessities. Ok same necessity whats wrong g with that picture

everyone is rude to phone to the back. the doctor is stupid told me I have hepatitis a with no blood work. then sent me home I went to er for treatment. eveyo time I go in have to go to er the next day

The receptionist was very unfriendly and seemed completely miserable. She was very unhelpful. I went to Patient First instead. Much nicer atmosphere.
