I have had the most disappointing and frustrating experience with this office. After calling to confirm that the provider I wanted (after doing a good amount of research on area providers) was taking new patients, I elected her as my primary care manager through my insurance. I then tried to make an appointment and was told not only would I have to wait almost three months to get an appointment, I would also not be able to see my provider until after I had a new patient appointment with another provider. As that date approached I had to reschedule and was made to wait 2 additional months. I went to the appointment then tried to schedule a physical with the provider I wanted and designated as my PCM only to be told that she was no longer accepting new patients. I should have already been her patient. I called the office manager who said she couldnt help me. After explaining my entire situation she said she would ask the provider if she would make an exception to take me as her patient. 2 weeks later after multiple unanswered calls and a little phone tag I was told that the provider didnt feel comfortable seeing me, as I had already established care with another provider. Im angry at the seeming incompetence at this office and that an office with supposed high quality patient care doesnt really care at all. Now, after 6 months of waiting to get in with a PCM I have to start the entire process over again.
