I took my 4 month old daughter here and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. We were checked in and had paid our co pay only for the receptionist to eventually walk out of the side door and say , "Im sorry. We dont take infants. I knew that but I thought they meant like infants- little babies." I guess this person doesnt consider a 4 month old a "little baby?"This was the same apparently incompetent person who took all of our information and payment quite some time before. It isnt posted in the waiting room ANYWHERE that they do not take infants, nor is it on the website for the facility ANYWHERE. My husband proceeded to ask for a refund of the co pay and she said she couldnt do it right then because it was a Saturday, but she will do it eventually. Someone else came out and clarified that that wasnt, in fact, true and proceeded to process our refund. As a result of highly incompetent untrained personnel, I had to sit in a waiting room for an hour with my sick baby among many other sick people coming in and out only to find they were refusing her treatment. I will NEVER use this particular clinic again and will strongly recommend against it to others as well.

I called 30 minutes before it was closing,explained to them my symptoms and receptionist told me to come in.I could not find my insurance and I gave them another call and receptionist stated it was fine that they will take care of me and I was going to have to sign so i can be billed.The receptionist was very pleasant. she was very nice got there 20 minutes before closing received my medical attention and i was giving medication prescribed.The receptionist was very nice to provided me with a phone number to contact if i will find my insurance to call..I had a great experience and will recommend to anyone.It was a fast visit and Thanks to the Mercy of God My test results all came out great.

This was my second visit here ever. First time (1-2 years ago), was super quick. This visit - I had a 135-150 minute wait. Yes, I said minute. Over two hours. The waiting room smelled horribly like poop. I was there earlier in the day when I found out the wait, and when I went back over 2 hours later to be seen, it still smelled so strong. I dont know what happened, but it made me sick to my stomach. Aside from that nonsense, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable with them. They seemed very knowledgeable and I felt confident in their service. I would return to this location as long as the smell was gone and the wait was more reasonable.

Our experience at Geisinger Careworks was exceptional from the moment I accessed their website to check their hours of operation for a Saturday. I was able to pre register and get an approximate time of when my son could be seen. The registration clerk was beyond kind and helpful and thorough. She is a great assest to the Geisinger organization. The nurse who took our information and did the initial assessment was professional along with the Nurse practioneer who evaluated my son . I would highly recommend this facility and it was my first experience there.

5 stars all the way. As far as heakth care is concerned it is by far the best facility I have gone to. The staff is polite, friendly, courteous, and give you their undivided attention. The doctors, P.A.s, and nursrs are prompt and again polite and courteous. They sit and listen to you, your symptoms, your complaints , assess the i formation and treat yoy accordingly. You dont feel like you are being herded through the office. I would recommend Carewoeks Urgent Cate in West Hazleton to anyone who isnt feeling well and wants prompt cpurtepys attention.

Love the new online check in service! You can sign in online and choose a time that is most convenient for you. You can wait in the comfort of your own home until your scheduled time. Great service for people who arent feeling well enough/have time to spend hours sitting in a waiting room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out fast!

First time at Careworks Urgent Care. The care I received was excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. My wait was short and I never felt rushed. I dont want to wish an illness or injury on anyone, but if you find you need care, go to Careworks!

Online check-in was very convenient. My wait time to be seen was under 10 minutes with my toddler. The physicians assistant who saw my son had excellent bedside manner and seemed very knowledgeable. We were in and out very quickly. I would definitely visit this office again.

It gives me peace of mind knowing that urgent Care exist, because my Dr. office is CLOSED, And even if they were opened it would probably be a week or two before they could see you ! Thank God for urgent Care!
