I have been a patient of GGOG for about 25 years. Dr. Peacock , now retired , delivered my son Joey almost 21 years ago. I have been a patient of Dr. Lams for almost 20 years now and have seen some of the other doctors in the interim . They are amongst the very finest professionals and individuals in the medical profession - period! I am thankful to be a part of such a fantastic group of people, including the friendly , caring staff that greets me when I walk for an appointment or call in with a question or concern . Hands down ...GGOG is the very best medical group I have ever dealt with , and I hope to continue to be a patient of the practice for years to come . Cheers to you all on a job superbly done !

I dont know how many people have become the patients of this practice, but I was told that I needed to go through registration process with special person who can set up my records for the initial appointment. I called many times to that person and was referred to her through the phone by front desk lady. She was NEVER at her place to answer the phone. Needless to say that she has never called back as to respond to my voice messages. Any secret tips on how to become a patient in this clinic would be highly appreciated!

Dr. Callan has been a literal life saver for me and my family and every single person on her staff is top notch. They are just solid, do their job well and exhibit excellent customer service. Ive had random issues over the decade since having both my babies with them. Some serious and some not. They have addressed each one with compassion and concern - and I simply love these people!

The Billing with this OBGYN has been my worst nightmare. Yes, I liked coming here but they have billed duplicates, sent tests to out of network labs and have over charged hundreds of dollars. I have sent SO much time arguing these charges. I would NOT recommend coming here, if you do, check the billing VERY carefully.

Beautiful office. Great Doctors. My visit went seamlessly. No wait. In and out within 30 minutes. My doctor made me feel absolutely comfortable and answered all my questions for me. I would definitely recommend Golden Gate OB/GYN! Bonus that they accept most insurances.

Delightful experience with the new receptionist. Pleasent and calm atmosphere to wait in. I was directed in to the examine room within 10 minutes. I sincerely look forward to seeing and talking with my doctor each year, Dr. Karen Callen.
