They are absolutely worst with following up! I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for over three weeks now and every time something is missing they don’t even bother to call. Unfortunately I had to move across the country and given that I was so far along it was difficult to find an OBGYN that would accept me. It’s been a full week since theyve had my medical records and I was told on Wednesday, June 29th that doctor would review my history and call me to schedule an appointment no later than Tuesday, August 4th. I am not the type of person who likes to complain or bothers to take time to write negative reviews but it was just unacceptable because of simple fat that my due date was September 29th! I called them today, August 5th and said no one followed up with me in regards appointment and what was going on. the receptionist was semi rude and said my records were missing some information and they requested that info today from my old doctor. The doctor still hasn’t reviewed any of my paperwork because folder isn’t complete?! They have had that folder laying around for a week and today they notice something was missing? I understand that my old office didnt send them complete history but if they wouldve catch that sooner I would start calling the old office and bug them until they would provide with the missing information. ** 7/28/2017 After going through all this hassle trying to set up an appointment they were actually really amazing! I never had to wait longer than15-20 min for my appointments and staff was very nice!

I absolutely adore Dr. Kovacs. She is a gem and was truly the light at the end of the fertility tunnel for me. After several years of trying to get pregnant, I finally did so with the help of Seattle Reproductive Medicine. Once confirmed that yes, I was in fact pregnant, I was left with the task of finding an OB. Man am I glad I came across her. She is kind, informative, and always showed me respect. She trusted (and listened) to my instincts and valued me as not only a patient, but as an active participant in my care. I owe the life of my beautiful daughter to her. What a wonderful, caring woman. I am so thankful to call her my doctor.

I actually really liked my doctor, but they told me some fairly disturbing news as a result of a pap and now they cant see me for over 6 weeks to do more testing! They called me to tell me the news and then said theyd call back within the hour for an appointment, they didnt. I called them 2 hours later, they said theyd call back... they didnt. I called again today only to find out they cant see me for over 6 weeks, they werent even nice about it. I cant believe their follow up and lack of consideration and concern for this situation.

I had a really horrible birthing experience with dr Channell who practices here. She said she was all about a natural birth as long as baby and mama were healthy but she did everything she could especially at the end to test and put me on medications. She tried bullying me into having an epidural and wouldnt let me give birth in any other position but on my back. Please if you want a natural birth go to the midwives at this hospital. Ive heard nothing but wonderful things and still regret with all my heart going to Dr. Channell.

Dr Molly Oxford was our doctor and she was so much concerned with our welfare. We had our baby when she was on vacation but Dr Martin was equally a gem and explained everything to us and made the experience very comfortable and appealing. Thank you Valley OBGYN for making the journey before and after we had our son worth it. Thanks to Cathy the receptionist for being kind and helpful .

I absolutely loved this practice! Dr. Molly Oxford is an amazing practitioner. She was professional, caring, and able to answer any questions or concerns I had about my pregnancy. My delivery could have gone really bad, really fast, but she showed patience, care, and skill and everything worked out very well.

I have seen Dr. Channell for 10 years now. I absolutely LOVE her. Excellent bedside manner and listens to what I have to say or ask. She is always concerned for my welfare and doesnt take anything for granted. While her office staff could use some better manners, I will put up with it for Dr. Channell.

I had Dr Channell through my pregnancy and was lucky to have her for my delivery too. She was a saving grace! Though a complicated birth and getting an infection a couple days later and having to have surgery again, she was amazing, I couldnt have done it without her!!! I loved her

The receptionist was so arrogant! She was totally rude and incompetent! I was fortunate enough to find a great obstetric clinic nearby in Renton.
