My Mom needed nursing care, we were new to the area, so went to Google and found Bright Star Care of Norwood. The person that answered the phone Robyn was very kind, professional and compassionate. Mom was very sick, we needed a nurse immediately, but Mom didnt like male nurses. Robyn told us they only use top quality nurses and you will find that Anthony will take great care of your loved one. That was an understatement. Not only did the office make sure Mom was cared for and comfortable, but after she passed made sure the family was taken care of as well. I was so happy that I had someone to turn to. Thanks to Bright Star, Mom died with dignity and people who loved her including her nurse Anthony, and the Nurse manager Robyn, I cant say thanks enough for all the care we all had. I cant thank them enough for the time we had with Mom and with them. I would highly recommend that you talk to them for all your nursing care. Sincerely, Kate Chase

I have had Brightstar Care of Norwood for a year now. I am amazed at how great their office has become. Ive got a fantastic nurse actually all the nurses are very knowledgeable and very compassionate. My nurse goes out of his way to make sure that patient is comfortable during the whole infusion. He always has a smile on his face, and cracks jokes, because what this elderly woman is going through, is not fun. The nurse manager is the consummate professional, checking to make sure that all doctors orders are up to date and filled in properly so the patient isnt burden with anything more. I highly recommend Brightstar of Norwood for all you patient needs, whether its infusions, or elder care. They came highly recommended to me and I would give them 20 stars if I could.

Everyone at Bright Star has been professional, gentle and caring. The staff understands the needs of elders and their families. They are very responsive to the needs of the client and helps out in any way possible. This company is amazing
