Dr. Klein is the best Ive seen in a decade. im early 40-ish and needed to see a new doctor as i moved back down to San Diego from Lake Tahoe. Needed to talk to him about things ive noticed happening internally as i am getting older. I had a 4:15pm appt on a Friday to meet him for first time. On the way there, the HWY was backed up for 10 miles (someone ran over a motorcyclist). They close at 5pm I got there at 5:20. - not expecting to actually see him and assumed he split, he had been waiting for me, didnt rush me when i finally met him, then invited me to him main office to go over any questions i had and openly talk - for over 30min. He seemed like he gave me all the time in the world - and what was odd was after a full 9hr work day on a friday, he said he had to finally leave as he had to start to test the High School athlete team for physicals - 1000 kids! and he volunteers his time to do that every year. Dr Klein is a CLASS ACT and i am going to see him today and confident he will take close attention to todays visit.

Doctor Klein is a very caring doctor. He sat with my daughter and I for quite a while on most of our appointments just to try to steer her in a better direction. She sees him as a father figure. He is helping her with her addiction problems. She is getting better because many people including this caring doctor is helping her. He did not yell at her, or make her feel incompetent, because she has problems. He shakes his head and disagrees with the way she handles some situations, but advises her well. He desires his patients to get off as many medications as they can and go to natural supplements for healthier lifestyles. This is a doctor I can trust to care for people I care about.

Avoid at all costs! Hes HORRIBLE! Dr Klein will yell at you for having a health issue, then tell you nothing is wrong with you. He treats his patients like they are a HUGE nuisance. Both of my parents are patients of his also, and they feel the same way. Its a shame because his nurse (who happens to be his wife) is awesome. Hes an incompetent jerk. Do yourself a favor and pick ANYONE else.

Dr. Klein was my doctor for almost 10 years and I (age: 63) would be happy to recommend both him and his staff at North County Internists. Klein had what I would call a more straight forward attitude toward me as a patient - direct, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Horrible doctor dont waste your time. Hes impatient, talks over you and treats you like an inconvenience. Medical assistants are nice but not a good doctor especially for older people
