I have taken my children here for the last 3 years. Our doctor, Dr. Hancock, was nice and knowledgeable, which is why we stayed there for three years. Otherwise, we have been very disappointed. The focus of this office is not pediatrics, and we have had concerns about some of the staff since we started going here. Some of the staff is constantly unpleasant, rude, and has poor communication. We didnt act on this, and unfortunately in our last visit, our child was given the wrong vaccine (fortunately, though, the wrong vaccine happened to be an extra dose of a previous one and shouldnt impact our child). That is not acceptable and there is no excuse for something like this, so after all of this, it is time for us to leave. In addition, Medical Hills Internists did not share this mistake with our new pediatrician when transferring records. It feels like they try to cover up their mistakes. This could be a great place for your children. We had no issues with our doctor, and there may be turnover with some of the staff, so I wouldnt go so far to say you should avoid it. Just consider all of your options in town.

I wrote a letter to Mr. McNeeley, Office Admin, regarding my feelings the Dr. Kim did not do all she could to make me comfortable. I said that she told me I had pulled muscle, Arthritus, even when I told her my Dad died of lung cancer and his pain started where mine started. She sent me for 3 weeks of useless physical therapy. Fingers were numb. I lived my life in severe pain for 3 to 4 weeks before she finally sent me to Dr. Pegg - it took him about 3 minutes to be 90% sure of my problem - he ordered an immediate MRI to confirm and got me to Dr. Stroink to get this problem fixed. (Pegg and Stroink Are AWESOME & CARING doctors). Mr. McNeeley apparently passed my letter to Dr. Kim and she sent me a letter telling me that we had a breakdown in communication and find a new doctor! Wow! Seems some people dont take responsibility anymore.

I would give no stars but that is not an option. They were sent a referral for an early ra diagnosis. But after a week of waiting for the dr to review the file to see if she wanted to take the case I still have not heard anything back. We have even called them on a regular basis. So they dont care if you are in pain. It seems like they pick and chose the patients they want to see and dont want to help those that dont meet their standards.

Ive read a lot of these BS reviews and just want to say if your looking for one of the best primary medical doctors in the area this place has almost all of them within the doors of this brick and mortar location. Dr. Kim is by far one of the greatest doctors who has a compassionate heart and a knowledge that is unbelievable
