This was my first time going to Premier Internist after I had a change in my insurance carrier. I had a horrible experience. I went here for a physical exam. During my appointment, I also brought up other things that recently started occurring. The provider who was examining me totally ignored that and quickly finished her work and left. I know during physicals, there are only certain examinations which are performed, but I would not have mind paying extra. At least the provider could have said that I have to make another appointment for that. She just said nothing. Also, I was not happy with the physical exam as well. I was very mad. I will never go here again.

The providers and staff at Premier family Physicians are professional and attentive of their patients. When asked to obtain documents, prescriptions or referrals they respond promptly and complete the task without reminder. Evidence of the groups willingness to embrace current medical technology is illustrated in its well established online patient portal. Correspondence between provider and patient can be conducted through the online patient portal, and functions similar to email. Overall I am impressed with the Premier family Physicians.

Front Desk is awful. Told my fiancé who was extremely sick and in tons of pain that they could not get him in until Friday when they have a huge office of doctors. Billing has been a nightmare and my prescription never goes to the correct pharmacy until I call them 3 or more times to have it corrected. Changing doctors office adap.

I have had great experiences here. My PCP is here, Dr. Anne Spencer, and I have seen a couple of great doctors through reference from her. Her PA and Techs have all been very professional. Showing a little patience with small admin bumps in the road have not been a problem for me.

Really good at taking your co pay without helping you, extremely condescending and profiles based on looks. This location convinced me to never return to any premier family physician, i will choose any other facility before returning to these ignorant con artists
