She has been my mother-in-laws doctor for two years.and is the worst example of a doctor I have ever experienced! She enters the exam room wanting to take care of HER business and you have to catch her before she bolts out again if you have any questions for her.If you should ask any questions, she is very abrupt and sometimes answers with a sarcastic tone. She makes you feel like a bad child for asking any questions! (O: She even ROLLED HER EYES once when I asked a question. I was sitting right next to her, looking up at her, and there was no mistake she rolled her eyes at my question! I was inflamed but did not want to cause a scene. She was slow returning calls when my mother-in-law was having SEVERE diarrhea and constipation issues for days. There was never an, Im sorry" from her staff. You just got their attitude that this is the way it is. Once I tried calling her office after hours on a FRIDAY because they had failed to send an "authorization to dispense meds" to the assisted living facility where my MIL lives. She needed the pain meds badly because of severe arthritis attacks. The assisted living facility was not able, by law, to dispense it to my MIL without the authorization from the doctor. I got their answering machine that stated they would return on the following business day, which happened to be MONDAY!!! The call did not go to an answering service!! When I asked them about it on Monday, they said they forgot to flip the switch to have their calls go to the answering service!! I got an oh well kind of response from them. Fortunately my MIL is changing doctors this month and will not have to put up with the kind of service this facility provides! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!

Are you someone who needs to see a doctor for the occasional visit unrelated to any ongoing issues for which you see a specialist? You are advised to move along, you do not want to waste your time with this weak and tired and terrified little mouse who has no business calling herself a physician or billing Medicare for her services. She should have stayed in nursing school. She rejected me the moment she saw that I had a complicated history. Likely she is saving your ass by refusing you, too. It would have been nice if I had been told a month ago about her limitations when I made the appointment. So like I said... move along. Find someone qualified to practice medicine.

Dr Gilchrist is the worst Dr. Ive ever encountered. She has been my Dr for about a year, in which Ive only made 2 appointments, when absolutely necessary. Dr Gilchrist has a terrible bed side manner. She is EXTREMELY rude. You can forget asking ANY questions..... thats absolutely not allowed, if you ask her a question.......she snaps at you like shes reprimanding a young child. She was 45 min. Late for my moms first appointment yesterday. she spent less than 5 min with my mom. I wont review her appointment, Ill let her do that but I can say Id highly recommend seeing a REAL Dr.when the need arises.

She has been my Doctor for a few years but I will only go see her if I absolutely have because I have gone to her to when I have been in severe pain and she came in the room and stood in there and argued with me and was trying to get me to saying I wasnt in the pain I was in!!!! One day, Doc, you will be the patient...........I came to you sick and in pain and needed you to do your job, as angry, as I am, and as angry as I always will be, I hope you get better Doctor then you are!

Dr. Gilchrist has been my doctor for 2+ years now. Every conversation Ive had with her has been clear and concise. Every time Ive spoken with her I feel like my concerns were addressed and I never felt rushed when speaking with her. A friend of mine recently moved to town and asked me if I knew any good primary care doctors in the area. I recommend Dr. Gilchrist, and only after googling her information did I feel the need to comment on the positive experiences Ive had at her clinic.

Im very impressed with Dr Gilchrists conciseness and attentiveness. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns and not to dismiss what I feel is important. You can tell she is very intelligent and has an additional background in biochemistry and internal medicine. My husband and I very much appreciate her as our primary care physician.

She was very attentive to my situation . She really took time with me and made sure I was aware of all the different options and she knew that I had a special situation and really showed care . I totally have full confidence in her. She is a wonderful doctor and easy to talk to .

Today was my first day of visiting this clinic. Dr. Gilchrist was a breath of fresh air. She was humble and patient, not in a rush like most doctors. Whoever gives this Dr. a bad review is probably a bad person themselves or delusional.

This doctor gave a medication that was inappropriate and damaging for people over 60. She is rude. Overbearing. Doesnt actually listen to the patient. Do not go to her.

Dr. G takes very good care of multiple residents at our Alzheimers/Dementia care facility and is caring and responsive.
