I am giving them a single star because of their AWFUL billing department. They will work really hard to convince you that you need extra services in addition to what insurance will cover. After the hard sell, you ask what your out of pocket expenses will total. They say they they consult with your insurance provider and you think youve paid the bill in full. But no, weeks later I received a bill for TWICE the amount I paid out of pocket and they accept no responsibility for the error. And no one returned any of my 5 messages regarding the matter, its as if they just did not care. I cannot in good faith recommend these people to anyone! Find another dentist!!

Without a doubt, this iz the best experience Ive had from a dentist & his staff. Dr Hendricks listens. Wants to accomdate every concern. The staff, Shelby, Tiasha, Amy, Monsu, Ashley & the others, are so personable, kind & attentive I am pleasantly appreciative. Ive been to 4 dental facilities her I the last 3 yrs. Dentistry at Camp Creek is #1 :) Thatz real, folkz.
