Unbelievable. Im from the King of Prussia area of PA, and had a regular vet around here. My dog, Zoe, actually came down with tetanus, which is super-rare. My PA vet refused to treat her long-term, as he was requiring me to pay for neurological tests to rule out brain tumors. I knew that with tetanus, she needed to be on steady antibiotic therapy, and was panicking as to what to do. A friend of mine recommended Gloucester County to me. She said it was a little far for me to go, but the doctors there were excellent. I cannot tell you how right she was. They took my poor Zoe in immediately with loving arms. Dr. Trail could hardly believe what he was seeing--but there it was, tetanus in a dog. They treated her with round the clock antibiotic therapy, super concentrated nutrition, and love and affection. ZOE LIVED!!!!! Shes one happy dog now! Weve been back twice for follow ups, and each time we get on the Walt Whitman bridge, Zoe starts whining with anticipation to see her family at Gloucester county again---she knows where we are going if we head over that bridge!!!! My only regret is that its so far away from me. Maybe theyll expand one day, haha! Anyway, thank you all so much for keeping open minds when it came to Zoes condition. It would have been easy to pass off, like my other vet did, because tetanus is so rare in dogs. But you guys persisted and had faith, and we are a happy family once again. Love ya!!!!!

A friend recommended GCAH to me after I had a serious pet emergency and sought true professional care for my loved pet, my family member. My experience with GCAH was top-notch superior service!!! He was clearly a highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Vet with a guinuine love for animals. Dr. Trail and his staff showed a truly remarkable command of their expertise by providing me with thorough veteranary service on every level. They were so impressive and professional I could not help but feel that my babies were recieving the best possible care! They took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and provided me with insightful complete answers and instructions. They further provided me with additional ideas and options available that only comes from a truly experienced professional. I really can not say enough good things about Gloucester County Animal Hospital! They provide a wide range of service from simple health check-ups to serious surgery at an affordable price. I applaud them for their dedication to their practice and would recommend them to anyone seeks real guinuine professionals to provide treatment and guidance for the care of a loved pet.

Hands Down the best experience I have ever had with any Veterinarian. I am not one to typically write reviews, especially long winded ones but merit is due when merit is deserved. The staff is always very friendly and more than accommodating to my animals needs. When you have two rescue Border Collies, an eleven year old arthritic female who thinks she is a puppy and a three year old male that has severe fear aggression from past abuse, things can get out of hand fairly quick. The highly skilled staff knows how to handle my situation and makes the proper accommodations when needed. Thanks to them taking my dogs to the vet is no longer a fear filled situation but as easy as....taking my dogs to the vet. Due to emergencies one dog or another has had to see a different Veterinarian and I cant say enough about them. Dr. Trail, Dr. Scaglione and Dr. Stewart have all treated my dogs on one occasion or another and I wouldnt have it any other way. In case you cant tell I really care about my animals and who treats them and Gloucester County Animal Hospital has earned the right to treat my family.

Dr. Stewart helped us the same day we realized our little kitty Georgie was sick. Not only did he fix him up, and he recovered faster than Dr. Stewart warned us could happen, he went over with us everything we could do, and everything that could happen. We never met him before and we were very grateful. Dr Trail has been our beloved vet for all the years he has been at GCAH. My husband lets our kitty go outside when he gardens, which leads to lots of trouble. Dr. Trail had helped us through illnesses due to animal bites, kitty eating rotten things outside, etc. His sense of humor, his compassion, everything about him says that you are in the most wonderful hands for your beloved pet. The support team, led by Terrie, is very patient, personable and NICE. Yes they treat you with cheerfulness and compassion, and explain all the charges to you. We love Terrie. How could I ever want anything more?

I took my dog here and the doctor didnt even touch him . He required all these test done that werent necessary for the reason I was visiting . My dog had a mouth tumor (cancer) and he told me it was an absest under his tooth so he wanted to take the tooth out BUT didnt prescribe any pain meds medicine to kill this horrible infection. My dog was bleeding horribly and so uncomfortable. He was more focused on everything else besides the problem. I took him to pitman animal hospital (AMAZING) to find out my dog was suffering from a huge tumor in his mouth coming to find out theres nothing they could do to possibly help because it will come back ... today I layed my best friend to rest because a horrible doctor didnt know what he was talking about and not even focused on the main problem but worried about CLEANING his teeth and so rude while talking. I suggest pitman animal hospital they are so amazing .

I had been long- time pet parent. Dr. Trail and Dr. Erin took loving , compassionate, kind, care of both my pet & my grand-doggie . Their tops i would recommend them and their staff to everyone. Dr. Erin recently helped out my grand-doggie, she was good with her and determine what was wrong, with her right away. Many I know go to the Gloucester County animal hospital with great confidence that their pets are always treated like family. Thank you to all of you at GCAH !!!

My 8 year old cat has had itchy skin for most of her life and usually only the steroid shot would knock it out until the vet at Gloucester County recommended a steroid powder to put on her that works really well. Also the desk staff and techs are all so pleasant and I am taken in for appointments early or on time. Plus they have extended hours. I highly recommend Gloucester County Animal Hospital.

Gloucester County Animal Hospital is the best veterinary hospital in New Jersey, probably the entire East coast. Dr.Trail is kind and compassionate and takes his time with my little dog. All of the staff is wonderful and I have absolute trust in this Animal hospital which is saying alot because I had very bad experiences with our last vet. Fantastic practice!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been taking my dogs and cats to Gloucester County Animal hospital since they opened over 30 years ago. Dr. Trail and the Staff are all wonderful. The staff has been with them for years and Terri and George are great. From there first visits to the very last they have treated all my animals with compassion and care, I cant imagine talking them anywhere else.
