The only vet Ill use. Hands down the best. Dr banks and his staff are very genuine, caring people. They really love their jobs and want nothing but the best for your animals. Ive been bringing my rats there for years. Also my cats and lately my new puppy who needed an emergency visit when I first got him. He wasnt very well taken care of before, and was very malnourished and dehydrated. Dr banks and his staff did everything they could to help my puppy, and thanks to them, hes on his way to 100%. Im forever grateful.

Went there yrs ago and have never went back! The front desk people looked and acted miserable, wait time was unbelievable and the docters assistants were short tempered with my puppy! Id give this place 0 stars if I could! The staff there are judgemental and condescending! I took my puppy there for shots and to get his nails clipped and the way they handled him is probably the reason he is terrified till this day of anyone touching his paws!!!!

They make you Feel Like You are family!!! Dr. Banks is Amazing with your four-legged family members. Dr. Bank was the Primary Physician, for all my four-legged Babies, for many years. The staff knew us by not only name but, face.. I know when there we are well taking care of.
