The location of the practice is easy to get in and out with spacious parking. A huge plus is convenience. I was able to drop off my car at Goodyear for an oil change, return UPS packages at Post Net, and did grocery shopping at Kroger. All in the same shopping strip!! Theres a cute coffee cart with an assortment of flavors along with a water cooler in the waiting area. As new patients, my family and I were able to fill out paperwork on their website prior to our appointment. The wait was minimal. We had the pleasure of having both mother and son, Dr. Mai and Dr. Khoa, work on our teeth. Dr. Mai is nice and sweet. Dr. Khoa has a contagious smile with a goofy, warm, and welcoming personality. I like that they took the time to explain procedures thoroughly. I also realized I had been flossing incorrectly after they patiently demonstrated the correct way. We didnt feel rushed whatsoever and were given goodie bags (toothbrush, floss, toothpaste). Moreover, they give out a new patient GIFT - We each received portable phone chargers, the size of a lipstick! Very cool. To show their appreciation to their patients, they throw raffles a few times a year. For this upcoming March, patients can be entered to win a 60" 4K ULTRA HD TV for referrals. What Ive mentioned are among the many things that sets them apart from other practices Ive been to. I gotta say, my family and I were very pleased with our first visit AND follow-ups. Would highly recommend =)

I need to be able to trust and feel comfortable with my dentist when theyre recommending me to undergo procedures (believe me, Ive been to two other places where the culture was to throw a diagnosis that wasnt needed right away or to sell me pricey toothbrushes and other add-ons). I made the switch over to PPO just so I can visit Dr. Khoa Nguyen because hes reliable, experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They utilize new technology to evaluate your teeth -- their x-rays dont have a lot of radiation, and they have this cool scope that takes color images of your teeth immediately so they can better assess your teeth. When I had to receive two fillings for my cavities, I was expecting to feel that pinch when the needle goes in but to my surprise I couldnt feel it. That was amazing especially since Im so sensitive to shots. Im aware theyve got patients left and right, but what stands out is that they actually do take time to explain whats going on so you fully understand how to take care of your dental hygiene. I know its small but the fact that they give you sunglasses while under the heated lamp was a nice personal touch. I felt like I was a real patient rather than a number. Youd realize after visiting for the first time that theyre different (other than their make-over with new wall colors and the waiting room). Im so relieved and happy that I finally found a dentist I could trust and dont mind visiting.

I had a deep cavity, and was told they couldnt help me. They did a full set of exams and cleanings -- but I was forced to go to another dentist to take care of my problems. I got the root canal I needed elsewhere, and decided I like the other dentist much better (no comparison). Today I got a call from "Forestwood" I presume, insisting I have an appointment tomorrow at 9AM. When I asked who they were, they pretended be my current dentist -- which is NOT Forestwood. They wanted to get me setting up an appointment that I would not show up to, so they could charge me a "no-show" fee, Im sure. That is just not good. I insisted that I had no appointment scheduled for tomorrow, though they didnt believe me, and that I had a full exam last month. That is how I knew it wasnt them. I called my dentist and asked -- they were surprised to hear this, and confirmed everything I told them about my treatments. Stay away from Forestwood -- waste of time if you have a problem, and less than honest business tactics it would appear.

My wife split her right molar while eating. It had an old filling and the tooth gave out. She does not like going to the dentist because the pain she experienced in the dental chair as a child in Viet Nam. She had no choice this time, pain and half a tooth missing. Her anxiety was high. We were able to talk to Dr. Khoa Nguyen to make arrangements for her to come in quick. He was very accommodating with our schedule. When we met Dr. Nguyen, he was very calm, caring and confident. My wifes anxiety quickly vanished and she allowed him to help her. She needed a crown for her molar. Dr. Nguyen designed her crown chair side with a special computerized equipment then produced the crown in office 20 minutes later. After 3 hours in his office, my wife walked out with a new crown and clean shiny teeth. No more pain and no more anxiety, just relief and all smiles. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen! You are now our familys dentist.

Caring, thorough, professional and convenient service. I really appreciate that this office has modern, sleek and clean equipment, and the environment is very inviting. The whole team is wonderful, and they are very professional about going over your dental health without making you feel scared, anxious or embarrassed (and trust me, I have a lot of dental issues, so I know). Deep and thorough cleaning that made my teeth feel so much better. I left the office confident that Ill be able to get my teeth on the right track, and I definitely can tell that Dr. Khoa and the team have my best interests in mind. Oh, and the welcome gift is a lovely touch!!

Getting teeth extracted is never fun. Dr. Ishmael (I hope I have his name spelled correctly) is a good tooth puller. Dr. Khao explained all procedures and his reccomendations. His technicians are very helpful and friendly. Jan helped to coordinate my insurance which was a load off of my mind. They are close to my house and do late appointments. I think the only thing I DONT like is that the chairs patients sit in are not built for tall people. So I plan to bring my own pillow next time. Bottom line is.....I WOULD recommend Dr. Khao and his staff.

This is by far the best dental group ever. I am 28 years old and true enough, the thought about visiting the dentist still frightens me. However, the staff and Dr.S here put my fear to rest. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is amazingly friendly, offering unlimited services, including payment plans if needed, to make sure your visit is satisfactory! I have recommended this place to more than 6 of my close friends and they all loved their experience with Forestwood Dental!

I have been seeing Dr. Mai Nguyen and also Dr. Khoa Nguyen and I like them both very well. They are both excellent Dentists and their staff is just wonderful. They are all well mannered, kind and friendly. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. Their office is clean, clean and all their equipment is top notch.

My first visit was great. Everyone made me feel comfortable and all work being done was explained to me before hand, I was given the opportunity ti ask questions if I wanted. When I did ask questions they were answered so that I could understand and was OK with it.
