I LOVE THIS TARGET OPTICAL! I had LASIK a few years ago and since then Ive had nothing but trouble. I went to an opthamologist and htey told me that they couldnt see a problem with my LASIK, they couldnt prove that I have astigmatism, and that my likely only option was a hard contact lens. Defeated I booked and exam at the Dayton office for contacts. I explained to him my problem, all of the hardships and problems and he was very honest and upfront. Told me that hard contacts would probably be painful and expensive. He told me that I have classic astigmatism symptoms and recommended a bunch of solutions to help with my dry eye. It was so wonderful to go to a doctor that told me he believed me and suggest actual solutions instead of running me around and pushing off on the next doctor. The in store staff was very helpful, I will continue to drive up to them even if another store comes closer.

Took my son for his exam, the eye doctor was very nice, did a good job. When we were referred to the lobby to select the frames he wanted, they were very pushy and tried to sell me on glasses without even using my insurance! Essentially, trying to scam me out of $75+! Telling me their prices are usually better than insurance. I said I wanted some time to think about it and asked Iif I could call in to order the glasses later. He told me no, that I would have to come back in. Then he didnt even want to give me the prescription info. I left there and went to a different place and saved all kinds of $! I wont be going back to Target Optical!

This place is great. The employees are friendly and helpful and their policies are definitely customer centered. The prices are reasonable and they sell quality products. I bought a pair of glasses and soon after I received them I realized they werent going to work for me because they hurt my head. I was able to take them back and get a different frame with no trouble at all. I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Cant get through to the next step without them trying to sell you five different things. This was my daughters second visit and we wont be going back. She was in there just a few months ago. Her eye sight changed a little in one eye, but they wanted to charge more than her new glasses to get one lens changed.

Refused to provide pupillary distance. I was prepared to spend a large chunk of money on nice frames and lenses, but when asking about PD they refused to measure or provide it. Never had an issue with this from any other reputable optical shop. Avoid this place. I will never be returning.

My contacts were never ordered after I was told they would be ready in about a week. Many different excuses. No empathy at all. Wrote to Corporate about my experience, never heard a word. Wont ever go back.
