ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Contact lens exam--BEWARE! Went in for a contact lens exam. My current brand has been bothering my eyes recently so was hoping to try out a different brand. Everything seemed great at first...until after the exam. When I asked for a trial pair of an Acuvue, they said they would have to charge me for the 2 lenses!! What? REALLY?? What kind of !@*#$ed up business charge their patients for a trial pair?? All I ask for is to be able to find whats comfortable for my eyes. So if I want 2 trial pairs, I am being charged approx. $10 x 4 = $40 prior to leaving. Many eye doctors are known to give a trial pair with a valid prescription, even though the patient did not have the exam at that location. Corporate policy?? Thats what they claim; it wouldve been nice to know prior to coming into this establishment that charges $119, which includes the fitting fee. If so, why charge for fitting fee when you wont even fit me with a trial pair? Walked out with 1 trial pair, $20 total. (And oh, not in stock. So have to go back to pick it up the trial pair.) Sure, they credit this back to you IF you buy boxes from them...at $10-$20 more per box than most places, and sometimes even double the price of stores online. No thanks. Just give me my prescription. You already screwed me over once. Worst experience ever! Never again.

The staff is wonderful. They are all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I came here after my fiance had a great experience buying from them and they welcomed us all back like family. They remembered us even though it was almost a year! All of their frames are stylish and if you are a little indecisive they give you honest opinions instead of pushing the most expensive ones at you. Ive never needed prescription lenses before now, so naturally I never put any thought into what would be the best fit for my face and personality. It was a lot to take in and I spent at least two and a half hours being undecided. There were three ladies working that day. Two of them gave me their undivided attention when it was just me in the store and the third kept my super busy five year old occupied so I could browse freely. Not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back to get any additional frames in the future. Highly recommended!

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to go. However, I was in a pinch, was out of contacts and needed an exam so I figured I would give this place a shot because they were close by and covered under my insurance. Honestly, they were great. I dont know management has changed since the last reviews but it was a good experience for me. I plan on going back. Just my thoughts.

Had horriable experience at lenscrafters, came in with already a bad attitude. Ladies and manager on duty were very helpful and changed my whole experience around. Would recommend The Eye Gallery to everyone.

Horrible customer service!! I call to get information and the woman over the phone was very rude and unhelpful! Great job of running away future customers.
