Horrible place - read the reviews before you go. I should have known when we walked in when we heard someone complaining about the wait time. (this office wasnt even busy) Made this appointment 2 weeks ago to see the 1 doctor who does contacts. Today we go and hes not in this office today despite verifying with office staff when appointment was made that the appointment would be in Flower Mound. VERY RUDE person at the front desk - never apologizing for their incompetence - just says, "you will have to go to Frisco in 2 weeks". If you cant take care of the first appointment, you wont get a 2nd chance. While this may be the only ophthalmologist in this area, you arent the only ones in the Metroplex. We will never go back here.

Worst practice EVER! The waiting time even when you have an appointment is long. Then after the first person sees you you have to wait again to actually see the Dr. They lack empathy. Especially for my situation I was in extreme pain due to light sensitivity. Extremely rude staff (front desk and a particular dr and his nurse) She even had an argument with the pharmacist filling my prescription. Ive had 3 visits and my symptoms are still not fully cured. Very upset!

Im not sure why everyone is complaining about the front desk associates, they have always been courteous, and up-front with my visits. The wait time is longer than other offices, but the Doctors and Assistants are among the best in Dallas. Ive been to 4 or 5 practices and this is one of the most advanced and organized Ive been to.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They made me wait for 45 mintues and there were still 3 people ahead of me when finally got tired of waiting and left. Staff showed no interest and offered no apology. They way overbook so you will wait a long long time if you want to go here.

I like Dr. Ku, but the office staff is terrible! The appointment desk is always "unavailable" and when the recording asks you to leave a message dont even bother because no one will ever return your call. I just spent 11 minutes on hold before being disconnected.

Very rude office staff that made no effort to explain delays. I sat in the waiting for two hours solid, and staff was very short with other patients. I have heard that about this place from friends, and should have taken their advice.

Worst service, rude staff, and all they want is your money. To be honest, the doctor and assistant were really nice, but the front desk clerks were awful. I waited longer than necessary. Overall, I will not return.
