Employees were great i had some doubts about changing hospitals for my out patient procedures the workers explained everything in detail and the doctor was excellent the tall lady at the small desk in the sitting area gave me a excuse about why she couldnt give me a doctor note pass the day of my procedure saying maybe someone in the back could if you running the place you need to be able to find out from your customers about their lifestyles and place of employment and surroundings i would like to see her go to work in jail bandage up .This was the fourth procedure i had done and was the first time I was disappointed .Also allways give customers a receipt .

They are polite and attentive to the needs of whatever patient is in front of them. They communicate well and try to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. I am the second person in my family who was treated just amazing. The staff makes you feel like theyre apart of your family. By far my best hospital experience ever. Patient or visiting.

Went in with agonizing pains all they did was take blood. Never once they told me what was wrong or gave me pain meds. Just took blood and told me to pay. Had to go out of this ppace and to another er to find out i had pleurisy (inflamation of the lungs and ripped pectoral muscles).

Doctors and staff are great! But I am not happy to find out they were out of network for insurance, and I am now getting bills. I have been going to 1960 Family Practice for at least 10 years now. They should tell me this when I hand them my insurance card.

They were more than kind and patient. They are hidden by the building and such, but luckily I found them. The emergency group was amazing. They were more than happy to attend my every need and took everything into account. Im so thankful for them honestly.

A couple of weeks ago had my hysterectomy done at this hospital, and I was very pleased with their service. My husband stayed at the hospital with me and he had no complaints about their food. The nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. Thanks!!!

Had back surgery at this hospital, the staff was so friendly. Loved my nurses day and night. Really made you feel comfortable. Food awesome even offer Rib eye steak. Cleanliness was outstanding . Definitely would recommend this facility on everyone.

The facility is beautiful but it was like pulling teeth to get them to listen I was here for 5 days pain and nausea was never controlled I spoke with several doctors they would tell me they would help and then never do anything. Never again
