In an emergency, DEC got me in within an hour, fixed my almost impossibly bent glasses, and set me up with a new prescription and order for new ones in about 75 minutes. They were also very nice and very professional. They were there for me when I really needed them!

I visited Delano eye clinic today for the first time. I had excellent service from everyone- receptionist, doctor, and assistants. I love that they are open some evenings, since I work regular hours. Very helpful, answered all my questions, and no hidden charges.

Dont waste your time - they have you do extra exams & have hidden fees that insurance doesnt cover. Plus the front desk service is beyond rude and condescending. Find somewhere else!

I dont understand why, in this economy, when you call a retail business, they dont return phone calls, and worse yet they dont answer the phone during business hours!!!!
