The actual doctor was great... however, after my exam I chose a frame and was told I would be called in a week. A week later I go in and the frame I tried on did not fit like the sample ones I tried on. The girl at the desk had me pick out an entirely different pair because she said they didnt have any different sizes for that frame and I was told I would be called in a week... again. Today I go in to pick up my new glasses, and a girl hands me the original frames and said they were adjusted, they were not, they fit.just like they did two weeks ago. I told her I had picked out a different pair and she said they didnt have any other frames in. She wanted me to pick out yet a different pair and I said forget it. 3 times I went in with no results and Im still out a pair of glasses that I desperately need. I would not recommend this place based on my terrible experience.

Vicki provides outstanding customer service and takes great care of her patients. Our son was poked in the eye in a basketball game on the weekend and Vicki took the time to come and get him feeling better as there was damage to his eye. She also made follow up calls to us to make sure he was doing well. I would highly recommend Vicki and her staff if you are looking for a great eye Dr.

I had another great experience at Valley Eye Clinic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all questions or concerns I had with my eyes and glasses. They have great selections of both eye glasses and sun glasses. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a family friendly eye clinic!

Im actually heading there again today since theyre so helpful and great. I never had glasses till about 2-3 months ago. They were all so helpful on helping me adjust and helping the glasses feel natural.
