I didnt have the chance to even walk into the door yet, and the receptionist was very rude on the phone. Before I even called the office, I got the contact information from the list of providers on my insurances website and even took a look at the eye care, incs website to ensure that they took my insurance. The receptionist stated that before I could even make an appointment: I needed my insurance card number and some other number that I was not familiar with. I dont have a problem calling back with the latter information. It was her bad attitude that was unprofessional. She scoffed at me for not knowing whatever that other number was for. I usually just have to show my insurance card and ID without anything else. People will have questions and she should have been nice about it. There are a plethora of other optometrist in Shreveport and Bossier city, and I will take my business elsewhere. I called another place within 5 mins.

Missblaak

I went in for a follow-up to pick up my contacts after wearing a trial pair for one week and one of the ladies was rude about. Asking me if I received a call to come pick them up. No I did not however I did receive several texts. Apparently I was sent to the wrong line but thats no reason to be rude about it. Not sure what her name is but she wears glasses and sits by the Contact Lens Pickup sign. Sad. Be they are slow.

The techs at this place are very rude in person and over the phone. I have been waiting over a month to get my contacts after having them do a routine eye exam. I will not be coming back. The attitudes these techs have make it seem like management must not even exist.

Very courteous front desk for the contacts and glasses side. If you need an adjustment just asked for elisia and she will get you fixed up. I recommend this place for the top notch service that they offer.

I received a check that turned out to be fraudulent and this was listed as the return address, when I called to address them, my calls where hung up on and ignored. Something is not right.

Thay wouldent explan why my dad could not pick up hes grandsons glasses with out him. So my dad had to talk to the manger just to get them.
