My last visit was excellent. The staff was very courteous as always, but they went the extra mile in helping me. The young lady at the front desk was great, she helped to make sure my pricing was correct on my contacts. Shes always smiling and thats important to customers. Ill tell all my family and friends to visit Family Eye Care for there vision needs.

While the staff is friendly and accommodating enough INSIDE the natchitoches branch. The service over the phone is a joke. Dont ever have an issue with your glasses or billing. Because you will rarely ever get an answer. Only voice mails and dont expect to get a call back any time soon! This needs to be worked on!
