EDIT at bottom Dr. Romsdahl was awesome, but the terribly rude receptionist has twice ruined the experience. Everything felt forced and the male receptionist wasnt accommodating to the slightest request. He seemed to want to avoid special ordering different frames at all costs and was not willing to look up different color options for the frames I chose. This has also happened with contacts, where this male receptionist gave much trouble ordering and choosing some, and overcomplicating things with his rudeness. I would not recommend this optometrist unless youre able to find a different receptionist, or do not need much interaction with him at all. Update: Approximately one week after posting this review and receiving our subpar treatment, we received a call from Dr. Romsdahl himself apologizing for the experience we have. He was understanding and cooperative and seems to have taken steps to address the issue. Its entirely possible you do not encounter such a bad experience yourself, but my review will remain as-is because the possibility obviously remains.

Three of my children see Dr. Romsdahl at Child and Family Vision Center. The care that they receive is always of the highest quality. He is thoughtful about explaining everything to them as well as to me. Weve also been through vision therapy here and have seen tremendous positive results with our daughter!

We love it here! Weve been coming here for two years now. They were able to accommodate us with a group appointment for everyone in our family of four. My daughter has been seen here since she was just under a year old...great personalized service for the entire family!
