Ditzy kids running the place ! Lab Tech poked me 4 times and could not get blood. I asked her to leave and send in a professional. The second tech came in and was rough and angry. She had to poke me twice to get blood. I later went to Roseville and they got the job done on the first try. I will never go back to the Greenback lab. No one is friendly, the staff seem more interested in each others weekend adventures than the patients. Young arrogant incompetent kids running the place.

Its hit and miss here. I wish I could say different. The phlebotomists here are really nice. However, nice doesnt always equal professional, courteous, expeditious or sharp. My experiences are more than most. I have blood draws as much as weekly, and visit here monthly. It is very inconsistent. However, my strengths are patience and kindness. Unfortunately, this doesnt always equal less pain or an easy poke.

Ive been going here for about 6 years, 4-5 times a year and never have had a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly, and pokes are professional and quick, mostly painless.
