The staff and phlebotomist were wonderful. Make an an appointment and they take you in on time. The negative comment about the receptionist is laughable. She is professional but I saw people assume she spoke Chinese based on her looks and kept trying to speak in another language. Shame on them. I had a wonderful experience.

I give it a 2 because there is an Asian lady in the reception area with a short pixie like haircut...she is awful! She is so rude and impatient with people that dont speak English well. The woman that drew blood for my dad was very nice though. She was quick and it didnt hurt him.

My father came yesterday although the paperwork had some problem, but they try to solve that problem, and my dad completed test blood. Thanks

It is a very busy place. But the wait time is usually 30 minutes or less. Sometimes it can be more but not often.

Arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appt its now 12:00 so I dont think appts matter this place always SUCKED.
