Their oral surgeon didnt "feel comfortable" extracting my teeth because of my epilepsy and Ive been going through numerous infections. Its my fault because I cant get the help that I desperately need!!! Now, I had seen the dentist for months for treatment and to heard the dentist tell the assistant that "thats it! I cant help her anymore!". I was stun and appalled! Ok thats your choice but be respectful and TALK to your patient! Thank you so much, and NO, youre NOT about smiles. FYI, Im not some pill popper that was trying to score!!! Thanks for being judgemental because of the area that you work in and get a CLUE dude!!! The staff was friendly, cheerful and love doing their job!!!

The dentist office in Midland, PA is worth 5 stars. I only give it 4 stars because of the scheduling department. I had an infection and they put me on antibiotic. I was suppose to be scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal surgery for the day after the antibiotic ran out. I never got a call. I called them 3 days before my antibiotic ran out and asked if they scheduled anything and they had no clue what I was talking about. So I asked them to schedule me something and they said that would call me that day to schedule a date and time. As of yet....still no call....Antibiotic runs out tomorrow.

I have been going to All About Smiles for the past 2-3 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is always so nice and helpful and Dr. Zipnock is the best dentist I have ever been to. He always makes sure Im comfortable and that whatever procedure he is doing is not hurting me. He even apologizes when giving me a shot of Novocaine as he knows the needle is going into a very sensitive place. I have told all my friends and family about how special this place is (and I have always hated going to the dentist before)!

I went there for a set of dentures. Had the priveledge of having Dr. Crasto and her assistant Alyssa. I want to say, I havent had a dentist visit like that, ever. They took their time with me, and listened to want I wanted. I now have the perfect smile. Dont want to use my real name, because honestly, my smile looks 100% natural. I dont want everyone knowing otherwise. Lol. Great job and thank you. I feel blessed to have had her as my dentist. I would rate 100 stars if possible. Thank you!! (Eric H.)

Dentist said he wanted clearance from my cardiologist before he would do anything, I got him the clearance and now hes decided not to do it, either he was over confidant in his initial statement, or realized he wasnt good enough after he was given the go ahead, either way now i have to find another dentist, which there isnt one for miles around, that takes my insurance, go through another intake appointment and waste more of my time, thanks for nothing, wont be recommending you to anyone else

I was very impressed with all the staff at All About Smiles in Midland, PA. I was apprehensive as this my first time there, but everyone from the staff to the dentists were very helpful, courteous and concerned about the welfare of my teeth. I was extremely impressed with the fact that, even though they did not do much of anything except take an xray, that they were very honest and open with me about my situation. Thank you all for your caring and professionalism.

This was my first time here and because of a bad dental experience as a child I have always feared going to the dentist so for years I neglected my teeth and I am going to get dentures and they did not judge me and were very understanding,I also have anxiety and they made me feel calm for the first time at a dentists. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has a fear of dentists or anxiety.

My son had a bad experience at a previous dental practice. He is 18 and was left with discolored tooth and a broken tooth due to poor recommendations from a previous practice. When he was seen for his appointment here they went above and beyond to ensure he had a gorgeous smile for his senior prom. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. We will not be going anywhere else from now on.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I found out about All About Smiles in Midland....They are wonderful!!!! The staff is amazing....The ladies in the office take their time and explain things to you and Dr Zipnock, I cant even begin to say how much I truly appreciate all the work he has done on my teeth.....Ill never trust anyone else!!! friendly and the dentist doesnt just get in there and go to town, he takes his time and talks to you. first time i had Novocaine and he was nice about it and waited until i was completely numb first before he gave me the shots of Novocaine and then waited till i was numb from that before he proceeded with his work. I will be going back.

The girls there are super nice and willing to work with you... That denist has no bedside manner. Argued with me that I dont suffer from an auto immune disease. Bruised my tongue was horribly nasty and rude ...I will not go back until hes gone. I have a denist I went there because she doesnt do crowns...never again!
