I learned about Doctor Coty from a friend at work, she told me she was the best and the dental firm was great and would treat me ASAP. My co-worker could not have been more right! I broke one of my front teeth in half when it came into contact with the concrete...yeah. The receptionist Maria was fantastic and knew her job inside and out, she helped me get transferred insurance wise for immediate treatment and then got me an appointment within 2 hours. I arrived and met Dr Coty and she explained all of my options. She then performed the procedure on the spot, no waiting. She fixed the large fracture in my tooth and you cant even tell unless you look very close. She also fixed another chip and a hole in my other front tooth, as well as smoothed some other areas out. She is a tooth artist lol. The office staff and Dr Coty are A1! Thank you Dr Coty

Dear Cosmin (Cos) Guta regarding your review from July: You came into my office blaming your two previous dentists for your condition and I told you that it is due to the type of bite that you have. You studied medicine in Poland and feel that you know everything about the human body; but oral health can be intricate, specially when it comes to parafunctional habits. You are making up a lot of false statements in your review to inflict fear and distrust among the readers and that is not honest of you . --You are actually paraphrasing another bad review that was posted in Yelp ( where you also left this same review but under a different name and another one in Healthgrades thus revealing your bad intentions)--The filling that you needed was $88 dollars per your signed treatment plan. Im so disappointed. I call 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a dental cleaning, my family and I are switching dentists and this office had good reviews. I made my appointment for 09/23/2016 @ 10:00 am. On 09/21/2016, I received a call from Maria, reminding me of my appointment and to please call back to confirm. I called back on 09/22 @ around 4:50 pm to confirm. At 5 pm I receive a call back from Maria letting me know, after 2 weeks that my insurance was maxed out and the cleaning was not covered. Really??!! You wait till I confirm the appointment to check the insurance?? This makes no sense and it makes me wonder of the professionalism of the office.

Very unprofessional dentist (started to ask me personal questions not necessary for treatment), she was unable to answer simple questions about the condition of the teeth (all I got was "maybe and not sure). She tried to overcharge me and the insurance for unnecessary procedures (had the treatment done in 24h with a differently dentist with 100% insurance coverage instead of hundreds of $$$ she tried to charge me in addition to the insurance). She seemed to be more concerned not to be reported to the medical board then doing her job. Stay away from this unprofessional dentist!!

I just had one of my molars removed here by Doctor Coty. I got to recognize I am "dentist coward", not because of the pain only but also because of the whole experience of having my mouth open for a while, the noise, the intimidating tools they use. This job she did was AWESOME !!! She honored the Gentle part of her practice. Explained step by step, very precise actions, patient aware, just awesome Her staff was also very professional. I recommend her practice to anyone without reserve.

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE! This office.It is very modern and clean. But most importantly tome is that they run on time! - I dont have to wait hours to be seen, thus allowing me to do my dental appointments during my lunch hour. I highly recommend this office.
