realistically if i could give them no stars i would I am giving this establishment one star because of the unprofessionalism I experienced during my visit. When I first got there I was assisted by great staff and receptionist, however Dr. Popiel was not the friendliest or as helpful as I would like. I went in as an emergency walk-in because I had a horrible pain in tooth from a cavity I had. I was told I needed an x-ray which I agreed too, when I was about to take the x-ray they were going to put in the tool used for this process when I had to stop the nurse because I saw what seemed to be blood on the tool, according to her this is normal and could be a stain caused by the autoclave ( I work with autoclaves and sterilization myself and I know when blood is blood, that was not a autoclave stain, it was improper sterilization). She then grabbed a new x-ray tool and opened it in front of me which made me feel more secure. I got the x-ray and was taken to see Dr. Louis K. Popiel who said I did not have anything wrong with my tooth and all I needed was a cleaning. I asked to see the x-ray they had taken and realized they had x-rayed the wrong side. I told Dr. Popiel that the x-ray is not showing the side I had indicated was hurting and he proceeded to say that I could go down the street and get a second opinion; i’m sorry but if I come to your business for help I expect to be treated properly and not be sent down the street when expressing my concerns, that is like telling me to go f**k myself. I definitely felt like this was very unprofessional. However like an idiot I still stayed and decided to get the cleaning done because I was desperate. The Dr. stated that I needed to first get a basic cleaning, and then to come back to get a deep cleaning; I asked why I couldn’t just get the deep cleaning done now and he said that it couldn’t be done and I needed to just do the basic cleaning first and then come back, right there I realized that this place was not looking out for my best interest and just trying to milk me for my money. Even if for specific reasons this did have to be the process it should have been properly explained to me as a patient why this had to be this way. Dr. Louis K. Popiel needs a lesson or two on how to properly speak to patients without coming off so disrespectful.

Ive been going to this dentist for years. Dr. Popiel is really good Dentist. He may not have the best bedside manner but hes quick and efficient. Wait time is never more then 30min. Sometimes I go right in. The office is a little old fashion but thats not important. The ladies always do an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Overall I would defiantly recommend this place.
