Dr. Shaw was so unprofessional. I went in to take my 3 (almost 4 year old) daughter to him for an abscess tooth. He just checked her over the first day and we made an appointment for the next to have the tooth pulled. When I went back in today for the appointment my daughter was upset due to just waking up and of course pain from the tooth. He made me feel rushed and told me it would be a miracle if I could calm her down. He was more worried about rushing me out of the office than actually trying to talk to my daughter and maybe making her feel comfortable??? He seemed very irritated that I was so upset that she was upset and clearly the procedure wouldnt be done today. He told me that as we discussed the day prior he didnt recommend 3 year Olds in the chair for this type of thing and he knew it wouldnt be a success. Then why didnt he tell me that yesterday when I was in there??? Those were not his words. Why would I make an appointment and why would he let me if he as a medical "professional" advised against it? What a waste of time and money. Would never ever recommend them.

He did a good job on grandsons teeth he had rauted teeth n he pulled them out thru surgery by cutting them out so he would have better teeth when they come back in
