For all the animal lovers out there who love their pets , if any one goes to this vet hospital be advised that if you do no have the funds or good credit your pet will NOT receive any medical treatment , even if you pet is very sick and close to death . Understanding that they have to be payed for their services , they will not make any attempt to help us with any payment arrangements , knowing that OUR BELOVED dog was extremely ill and close to death , and needed to be hospitalized . We find it EXTREMELY disturbing that their lack of compassion and professionalism , leading us to realize that they were more concerned about THEIR finical gain , in resulting that OUR dog suffered in pain , after many attempts to pleaded and begged for help to try and save OUR dog that he did in deed PASS AWAY an untimely death due to their greed and selfishness . So in other words if you do not have the funds to pay them thousands of dollars upfront or half i would STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY CLEAR of hospital REST IN PEACE LOUIE 2004 - 2017 #JUSTICE4LOUIE <3

I am very impressed with this vet clinic! My cat was seen yesterday by Dr. Megan Petroff and I am very happy with the care he received! Dr. Petroff is very knowledgeable, very sweet and she prioritized my pets health needs. Being that hes almost 15 years old, he really needed the detailed attention Dr. Petroff gave him. I am also impressed with the office being a "Cat-Friendly Clinic". They had diffusers in the exam room that are calming to cats. They also had a nice fluffy mat on the exam table that had been sprayed with a calming solution. My kitty was very comfortable there. They gave him catnip and cat treats and made it a stress-free experience. The front desk staff and the vet tech were all extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and Ill continue to bring my fur baby here!

Dr. Hedges is an absolutely wonderful veterinarian. We recently rescued a dog and he came down with kennel cough shortly after we brought him home. Our first visit was with the owner of the animal hospital (whom we were not very big fans of), but our second visit was with Dr. Hedges. She was approachable, friendly, extremely informative without being condescending or overwhelming us with unnecessary information, and amazing with our dog. This animal hospital allows you to make appointments with a specific veterinarian, and we could not recommend Dr. Hedges enough! Also, treatment prices at Prima Vista Animal Hospital are very reasonable compared with other local vets :)

Dr. Hedges is a wonderful vet. Her compassion and knowledge and the way she treats my pets as if they were her own are the reason I bring my animals to her when they arent feeling well. When my 14 year old German Shepherd starting having mobility problems in his back legs I thought I was going to have to put him to sleep. Dr. Hedges diagnosed the issue, prescribed the exact medication he needed and he is getting around so much better now. Im so thankful she took the time to listen and help my dog in his time of need, and I highly recommend this clinic to every pet owner.

Dr.Carlos knows what he is talking about. I recently brought on a very sick kitty and he knew exactly what to do. He was very mindful about budget and had the cats best interest in mind. The kitty is getting better and better every day. I wouldnt go anywhere else if you are looking for vet to take care of your pet. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is very clean. I highly recommend Prima Vista Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for a good vet that would treat your pet as if they were their own.

Dr. Hedges is absolutely top notch! I came in due to a leg injury in my large dog. A dog who does not like people he doesnt know. She was so good with him which made the trip a little easier for me and for my dog. You can tell she really cares and that she loves dogs. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The office staff was friendly and helpful. William the vet tech who helped us was awesome, patient and knowledgeable. They have a great group here!

Hour long wait with appointment. 30 minutes in waiting room and 30 minutes in patient room. Exam done one week ago but wanted to charge for another exam just to receive 2nd puppy immunization. Technician visited waiting room 3 times and kept advising vet was coming. Floor was dirty. Upon picking up my black pup from the floor, I had white hair all over me. Felt it was time to find a new ver. Im sure I will find a better controlled office.

Dr, Hedges is the best veterinarian She pays close attention to the patient and the parent. If you are looking for a place to take your babies (animals) to , this is the vet you want. I will continue to be a client for life. My boys could be hard to handle at times , but they love her gentle touch and kind words while she is checking them out. Make this your last veterinarian ever, you wont regret it.

Brought both ours dogs here for shots, they were nice but seems like there more concerned about money then actual care of my animals. I informed them I did not want my dog to have the Lepto vaccine and they gave it to my dog anyways and what do u know he had a allergic reaction, the same evening I had to spend even more money taking him to a actual animal hospital that was open 24hr.

I find it amazing that I wrote a review last saturday when they refused to put down my beloved Savannah because they didnt have time and the one vet who was on duty could not stay past two oclock yet they offered to put her down on Monday...Needless to say I found another vet to do it whom I had never been too..... It seems Prima Vista did not like my post and deleted it...

I love this Animal Hospital. We have only been in PSL for 6 1/2 years and have been through several Veterinarians and several groomers as well. Finally, I feel that we have found a place for our sweet fur babies needs. My deaf dog, Frankie seems to really like Lisa and that is so important of us. Weve had 2 of our dogs dental done there as well. Price is not horrible.

Dr. Carlos was absolutely amazing!! Treat your animals as one of thier own. 1st time taking my kitty to the vet since she was a kitten and they were so loving and kind to her!! Very knowledgeable and awesome staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the port st lucie area. Wouldnt trust my roxy with anyone else!

I went for the first time with an emergency and I was taken by the care and dedication Alana (tech) and Dr. Bowen had with my Bella. The clinic was very clean (had no funny odor) my 12 yr old daughter had to comment about it. I will definitely be making this my go to for all my pets needs from now on.
