I had never been to this particular animal hospital and by the Grace of God ended up there. I was actually lost and looking for the CVS next door but since I had my very sick dog "Shaggy" in the car this was a good time to seek care. I must admit that first impressions are lasting and I was very pleased with the OUTSTANDING service and PROFESSIONALISM that I received at the facility. My pet was seen right away and the veterinarian communicated all his symptoms with me and provided reasons why the animal may have gotten sick.They also explained ways to avoid the symptoms coming back and provided me with antibiotics for cure. In general this pet hospital gets *four* stars from me for not only showing professionalism, but for providing the *TLC* that was given to my dog SHAGGY... who is feeling quite better now!! Thanks a bunch.... you have just gotten a new patient....WOOF!!

My husband and I have two cats (2 years & 8 months), and any time we fly home to Pittsburgh to visit family (or take a trip) we are always SO HAPPY to leave our darlings with APH. Ive never had a bad or even an off experience with any of the doctors... the nurse assistants are all fantastic... and the girls up front have always been incredibly sweet if I ever call with questions or to check on Enah and Mylas progress mid-trip. So patient, super attentive, great people. Since our cats are our kids at this point, we really needed somewhere we felt confident about taking them and getting them cared for... and APH absolutely does all this and beyond.

From the receptionist, to techs to vet assistants to the doctors themselves, everyone is wonderful and caring. Truly a hometown, local pet hospital where everyone remembers you and your pet. As a long-time animal owner and lover, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Arbor to pet owners. They have after hours and full day Saturday hours. I can always get an appointment in a very reasonable time; right away for any emergencies. Can bring cat in anytime for fluids (theyll administer for FREE if you buy the fluids) or nail clip, etc. Not cheap, but not the most expensive place Ive been. Worth a few extra dollars for the level of care and customer service.

This animal hospital has terrible service Ive heard horror stories of vets that charge people for things that the animals dont need done. That is exactly what Arbor pet hospital did. All they were trying to do was take money from me when I sincerely needed help with my puppy. I was charged $400 for a test that my dog did not even need. The worst part was they told me that there was nothing they could do for my puppy. I came to have my puppies leg checked out and I left with a $400 bill for a blood test and no help whatsoever on how to help my dog. I am very disappointed and I hope that whoever is reading this is warned before they go

I first came in because I was asked by a stranger to take his dog, because he stated he was not able to take care of him. I wanted to see if the dog had a microchip to make sure he didnt belong to someone, aside from the stranger. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me out, even though I wasnt paying for any services at that time. I ended up keeping the dog and brought him here to for a check up and all of his shots. The facility is nice and clean and the entire staff is excellent. I will be bringing the rest of my pets to this hospital for all their future needs :):):)!!

This vet is awful. They are rude. They overcharge and disrespect you and your pet. The service was very good twenty years ago. But NO MORE. Go to Gentle Care on East Broward and get the care and respect you and your pet deserves! AND they wont over charge you. SHAME "Terry Davis" is a Vet employee of this office giving 5 start reviews to themselves to counter negative reviews. SHAME!!! South Federal Animal Hospital is all so another good veterinarian office to go to other then Arbor. If I didnt experience it, I wouldnt of believed it. Terrible business practices!!

I have been to Arbor 2 times once with a cat they check her out and made her better my second visit was sad I took my 12 yo sheppard Abby to find out she had cancer she needed to have an operation for a groth she was to sick and we put her down! I received a package in the mail a plaster imprint of her paw with her name also a card signed by the whole staff Nice touch thank you

We have taken several of our pets to Arbor. Everyone there is wonderful. Dr. M. took such good care of our pup when he was just about dead! He was at the hospital for a month, and was so well treated that the little guy lived for many many more years. If we hadnt moved out of South FL, we would still be taking our pets there. I recommend this veterinary practice to anyone!

He has the quality of talking to the human parent in terms you can understand and he handles your pets with the utmost care. I would recommend them highly. Thanks for taking care of my kids. :)

I strongly recommend Arbor Pet Hospital in Fort Lauderdale. It is very clear that the number one priority at this animal hospital is the health of your pet. Their prices are fair and there never seems to be a long wait. This is a great animal hospital with a great veterinarian!

Having been to 2-3 different vets for my common breed dog, I fell in love with Arbor when I took my dog to get spayed a few years ago. The staff is friendly & the vets & vet techs are straight forward. I am very happy with this place & will continue to come here.
