Best Banfield office I have been to. I have had a Wellness Plan for my two cats for about 4 years now and have visited 3 different locations. Typically Banfield is attached to a pet store, and the whole experience feels a little on the fake side, like the vet office is a side-note. This Hollywood office is a standalone and has a totally different atmosphere. Every time I have gone it has been a calm/quiet experience. Plus the staff is fantastic and friendly. Once after a drop off I arrived to pick up my kitty around 15 minutes after closing, and the vet was kind enough to not only waive the fee for late pickup, but also loaded me up on free samples of cat food. I promised to pay them back with a glowing review, which they definitely deserve! Drive a little farther if you have to and go to this location, you wont be disappointed.

I would NEVER return to this clinic.!!!! I felt they werent concerned at ALL for the welfare of my sick pet, but were more concerned about trying to inflate the bill at their highest price....to figure out how much I would be willing to spend. All about sales. It is the same feeling when you bring your car into the mechanic....you go in for one simple repair and before you know it they are quoting you ridiculous prices and unnecessary charges and recommending you have the engine taken out and pulled apart. The staff was totally unprofessional and appeared to be clueless during my dogs physical exam. I am not one to take time out to rate/review, But I felt compelled to let others know. I wouldnt want someone to feel or be given the same sales pitch I received, without fair warning!

Thanks to the warm and professional support of the whole team and especially Dr. Davidson and her lovely assistant Armarah, we felt between friends in that sad moment. Dr. Z is excellent. She kept me calm through a crisis after my Yorkie bit a frog which can be life threatening as it is toxic. The whole staff dropped what they were doing and helped me when I came in. I would highly recommend this Banfield, Dr Z and her whole wonderful team.

Fast, informative, genuine and friendly. The staff made my puppy and I feel right at home. I am glad I found this place. Special thanks to Natalia who I fell in love with right over the phone. She was friendly and cheerful throughout the entire visit.

I would love to give 5 stars but the front desk seems like they dont want to be bothered! I wish they were a bit warmer! The Doctor is very nice! I think they should work on having more friendly front desk people! But overall a good place!
