Dr. Sung Kong is a very skilled and conscientious dentist. He is perfectly fluent in English and Korean. He will let you know what needs to be done and will recommend the right course of action given what you are comfortable with. He will not push a course of action but he will make strong recommendations necessary to save your teeth. He will explain the expected outcomes of the choices, the prices, and the level of discomfort. Ive had cleanings, tooth removal, bone grafting, and whitening done. He will do his best to make the experience comfortable, but for some procedures, some pain is unavoidable (whitening comes to mind). His staff is excellent. He has a Korean dental assistant who is particularly skilled with cleanings. His equipment is current and his office is clean.

My experience with Bright Smile Dental, Dr Kong and the staff has been amazing. They have done excellent work for both myself and my husband, the partial plate created was perfect and the crack in my front tooth that kept me from smiling looks like it was never there. They are patient, kind, professional and they go above and beyond in my opinion. They give you options and make sure you understand them. If you are like me and procrastinate because your experiences have been less than stellar in the past, wait no longer, this office has changed my outlook on going to the dentist, it is now an experience I look forward to because of the staff in this office. Dr. Kong and his staff are great! My dentist was not able to remove my wisdom teeth so I went to Bright Smile Dental Care. Scheduling was easy and fast. The day of my appointment Dr. Kong told me what to expect and made sure I was ok throughout the process. During my post-op visit, everything was great. I am thankful to have had such a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience, i called for an extraction and was given a price, i wasnt told about other fees involved, wasted what money i did have and no work was done, the bill ended up being 3 times what they told me it would be on the phone. CAUTION DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!!
