My wife and I started going to Dr Hearn in the summer of 2010. I just needed a cleaning and it went well. I went back a second time 6 months later and it went well also. My wife on the other hand was a nightmare. He said she had 6 cavities and needed a crown. The cavities were fixed over a number of visits. While doing one cavity he chipped the tooth next to it. Then came the crown. The first visit he ground the tooth down and fit a temporary crown. she left and the temporary kept popping off and cracked after a few days. She went back to get the permanent one and it didnt fit. After much grinding and work he gave up and said he was going to make a new one. Another temp that didnt fit... The next permanent only fit a little better and still required a lot of work to just fit okay. This whole crown process took almost months! We never went back. October 2011 one of the filings falls out. My wife went to Dr Starla Goldman and she says the crown needs redone and some of the filings also. Now the tooth the filling fell out of may need a crown because Hearn messed it up so bad. Well see how Dr Goldman does, she seems a lot better. I wouldnt recommend Hearn for anything beyond a cleaning.

I absolutely love Dr. Hearn. I have 4 children. He allows me to schedule appointments for me, my husband and our children all at the same time. This is a very family friendly dentist office. He is very patient with our kids. At Christmas time, he has Santa Claus come and entertain the children. They were even able to have their pictures taken for free. I have never experienced any issues with the quality of his work. I love Dr. Hearn and Shelly!! I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
