Hands down the best!! Starting from the moment you walk in the women at the front desk are inviting, professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They made me feel comfortable instantly and were knowledgeable and efficient. Next, Heather is amazing! I have neglected going to the dentist for years and there was no judgement, only a true professional with a plan and the skills to get me on track to a healthier better smile! She is incredibly skilled and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Thank you Heather!!!!! Dr. Princell is a professional who exudes confidence and and truly made me feel reassured I could get my smile back. I am not disappointed. Actually Im looking forward to my next visit! The office is clean, relaxing, and overall excellent. I was treated in a private room and felt comfortable. This was big to me as my last dentist was 4 chairs lined next to each other and very not private. Also, while the staff has recommended many options they have not been pushy on any of them. Thank you Dr. Princell and your entire staff. I will be a client for life. I stand by this recommendation

HARD SELL OFFICE! STAY AWAY! My 80 year old Aunt Left CRYING because Dr. Princell got in a fight with her. Dr. Princell tried to HARD sell her a Full Denture with Implants. My Aunt just lost her sister 1 Month ago and was taking her own mortality in account. My Aunt said she thought she was going to have a heart attack in his chair. She had to tell him over and over again when she is ready she will let him know! My Aunt mentioned every time she is in Dr. Princells office he pushes her. If you dont like products and treatment pushed on you ....Beware!

Friendly staff! I went to Dr. Princell from the time I was a little kid until the age of 28 when I moved to North Carolina. He and his staff are so friendly and professional - and they do a great job. They worked with me when I didnt have dental insurance and never pressured me to do anything I couldnt afford. Prices were pretty standard and they always threw in free toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. My 85 year-old grandmother still goes to Dr. Princell and she loves everyone at his office too. This group is good for all ages.

Dr. Princell has been my dentist for the past three years! I started going there after being recommended by my mother in law. He is great dentist and I would recommend him to anyone! His is staff is beyond amazing and treat you just like family!!! It feels great to come in and be greeted by name!!! If you looking for a new dentist choose Dr. Princell.
