Could not be happier with this practice. Both the office staff and the dental care team in the back are competent, efficient, and take pride in their work. Sandra handled all of my insurance paperwork, gave me several options regarding the costs and priorities of the several procedures I needed to get my mouth healthy, and explained everything to me every step of the way. Cody and Kim up front are always cheery and pleasant while they expertly handle my scheduling, paperwork, and pretty much any other concern. Dr. Minyard himself is extremely capable, knowledgable, caring, and personable in his approach. Very happy!

After a brief exam by the dentist, my dental hygienist was thorough, but gentle cleaning my teeth. I was made comfortable in the dental chair and I enjoyed viewing the relaxing beach and hot air balloon lighted scenes in the ceiling above the dental chair. The dental Hygienist explained every step she performed as always, which I appreciate. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist asked if I had any questions or dental concerns about my teeth several times. At checkout I was told to have a seat as the receptionist was on the phone, but another receptionist said she could help me immediately, which I also appreciated.

I called at 12 noon about a sensitive tooth and was offered a 1:00 pm appointment (someone had cancelled). I accepted and was in and out of the dental chair in an hour with a temporary crown applied by Dr. Minyard and Tiffany. The only issue was with a new suction tube that really grabbed my upper lip and was quite uncomfortable. Tiffany said it was new and she changed back to a vented suction tube which helped. I am still having some sensitivity to the tooth, but hoping it will resolve with time. I appreciate Dr. Minyard and Tiffanys care, concern and professionalism towards me during my procedure.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Embassy Dental. Dr Ryan Minyard and his staff were very pleasant and professional. My 10 year old daughter went in for a cleaning and a filling at they made her feel very comfortable and walked her through each step of the procedure as they went along and it really eased her anxiety. I went in for a checkup and cleaning and they found a few dental issues and they thoroughly explained those issues while having my x-rays up on a large LCD screen and explained in detail the procedures I needed to correct the issues.

I was worried when my insurance changed this year and my 9 year old could no longer go to a pediatric dentist. He had his first appointment at Embassy Dental yesterday for a filling. I was worrying for nothing. We had practically zero wait time. Both the dentist and his assistant were patient and kind to my son and answered everyone of his questions. They walked him through the procedure before it even began. I was surprised last night when the dentist called to check on my son and make sure he was recovering okay. I am very satisfied with our visit yesterday.

I had a prior relationship with this particular Embassy Dental because they referred to our endodontic office. I have spoken with Kim over the years and she is very professional. The office was beautifully decorated and extremely immaculate. Dr. Minyard and his entire staff was professional and made my visit so pleasant. My hygienist did a spectacular job. In fact, she cleaned my teeth better than anyone had ever done. I will forever be grateful for this experience and I have already started to refer to Embassy Dental/Murfreesboro.

I had a cleaning yesterday and I was really pleased, so I thought I write to say so. Ive been a patient for a little bit now, and my whole family uses Embassy (wife, kids). Ive never been treated wrong at Embassy, neither has anyone in my family. Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional, the local office is close by, and it convenient to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Im going to have a crown done, and I know Im going to get great results. I recommend this office highly.

The dental hygienists are true treasures, and I feel itís important to mention that since in most cases except for emergencies and procedures, you see the hygienist more than you see the dentist. I do occasionally have to wait what I feel is a really long time when waiting for a visit, but thatís generally expected when youíre visiting a health care office where people are seen for emergency visits and reasons. This place is pretty good, and I do go there for all of my dental care needs.

This was my second visit to the office to start knocking things off my treatment plan. I had another good experience. The plan was reviewed and prioritized with me and the staff and provider were consistent with their information. It seems as though they have a well organized system without making me feel depersonalized. I appreciated that. The staff and providers were all respectful and professional. I can tell they care about the patients they serve.

Im new to the area and needed a dentist, I found Embassy on the internet, which was lucky. My experience so far at Embassy Dental has been good. In the past Ive been told I need procedures that I didnt really need, just to get more money. I dont get the feeling that the dentist here is trying to do that to me, and in fact is just taking care of my teeth. Im really pleased with the work, and Ive already recommended them to people Ive met.

Some weeks ago I found out that some part of my sons teeth has decayed, he couldnt tell me. I took him to our clinic (Embassy Dental) and he was treated. I just told the doctor to do whatever he had to do to remove the decayed teeth. The doctor took him in and examined his teeth, after constant visit as suggested by the doc, he got the decayed teeth treated. How? Well I guess all I needed was the white teeth. They are good!

I really appreciate the service that I received. I explained when I made the appointment my fears not just of them but any dentist. They made me feel very secure and welcome. My experience with Embassy Dental was fast and ;pleasant. The staff was very friendly and addressed my fears and concerns about oral surgery and possible complications. When I developed what I thought was a dry socket on the third day, they took care of the problem right away so I could my life back on track as fast as possible. The oral surgery itself went well and was fast.

I appreciate that this is an honest dentist whos concerned about patients having healthy teeth; not, bleeding them dry. As always, I felt he was fair and honest during my visit. As a result, when I do need work completed, I dont feel like he is trying to cheat me or inflate my services. I will continue to go to him as he is one of the rare dentists I actually trust.

All was good except for the intern who was trying to thread the needle for the IV. My hand is all bruised from the three times she tried and failed. The doctor came in and went to a different spot and got it on the first try. She also tapped my hand really hard several times to get the vein to present. Other than that, I appreciate the good service. Thank you.
