Oh My Goodness!!!! A true breath of fresh air. We just left from a dental cleaning my son was EXTREMELY anxious and nervous to even think about. His tummy was hurting as we entered the building, per usual dental/doctor protocol. The staff and dentist consulted in a neutral location of the office and began relationship building. My son was emotionally and mentally ready for the cleaning by the time we walked back to the procedure room. He was calm and accommodating the entire time. He didnt complain about his tummy hurting, no tears and no attempts to run away. The dentist accommodated my son by meeting him where he was. If he wanted to stand, he could stand. If he needed the chair to remain in the upright position, that was okay, too. No one was pushing or insisting. There was no shame or guilt. No pressure or power struggle. Time and patience was offered for my son to feel comfortable and empowered. I lost count how many times my son said he liked the dentist and how nice everyone was during his cleaning!!! Dr. Charlie is a real BLESSING. I appreciate him getting the goal of his teeth being cleaned but even more importantly, my son expectation of the dentist has been changed! Looking forward to his next visit in 6 months....

This is an amazing office! My 1 year old son had been going to a different dentist office and I was not at all pleased. I decided to find a different dentist and this was the first office I called. I have been completely satisfied with all of the staff, including Dr. Charlie. He has a way with his patients and is great at what he does.
