It is always a "REUNION" for those of us that have been patients of Southeast Family Dental for as long as we have. I bring my father who is about to be "98" years old in June. He needs to take an antibiotic before each visit due to knee replacement. As I am picking up his prescription the lady asked for his birth date...then looked up at me with such a shock and promptly said "And he is still going to the dentist?" I have to say it was with a smile and chuckle "If you had a dentist like ours you would not be so surprised." I sincerely mean it is just like a family reunion when we go for our appointments. As we enter the office we are always met cheerfully with the same familiar faces and immaculate surroundings...establishing a truly comfortable experience from the beginning. We return twice a year for these "REUNIONS" and look forward to catching up with everyone there and my father is always interested in the latest improvements. He looks around with a grandfathers pride of this long standing practice. But, the most important thing is that all of them keep us well and keep us in bright shinny smiles. As I said before "If you had a dentist like ours you would not be so surprised." And, for that we are so thankful.

My wife and I had our initial appointment (cleaning and new patient assessment) with Southeast Family Dental a few weeks ago. I was blown away by the overall professionalism and gentle treatment I received. The assessment was thorough and the cleaning was probably the best Ive ever had. All of my teeth feel glassy smooth and clean. I needed a follow-on appointment to remove what remained of a tooth that had just broken off. This was my first real procedure with Southeast Family Dental after the initial cleaning. I was extremely pleased with how well it went. I was most concerned with the anesthesia injection and had told the dentist, Dr. Holly Austgen, that this was going to be the critical element of how I was going to grade her work. She was superlative. I had virtually no pain at the injection sites and the extraction was very easy on me (though I think she she may have had some additional work on her hands with a broken root). It has been 24 hours since the procedure and I am feeling pretty good. She, and her assistant, Karey, did a great job. I plan on staying with Dr Austgen and Southeast Family Dental for the remainder of my life. I believe my wife feels likewise.

Southeast Family Dental always makes me smile! I cant imagine a better dentist or health professional than Dr Mark Bohnert! Jennifer was my dental hygienist . . . shes awesome! I cant say I love going to the dentist, but when I go, I love going to Southeast Family Dental . . . they have a passion for what they do! Dr. Mark, Dr. Laura, Brandi, Jeni, Ronda and the rest of the team made going to the dentist a delightful experience as they always do. The professional and personal care provided by Southeast Family Dental is unparalleled. Aside from being the best in their field, they are all really really nice people! They give their patients a great smile and a reason to smile!

Yes!!!!! …. I love my new dentist!! Dr Geiger is funny and her assistants are super nice!!! It was actually the best dental experience I’ve had. They give you headphones to listen to while they work on you!! and free chap stick!! They gave me a list of everything I was getting before they did it and asked me what I wanted to do, showed me what was covered and what wasn’t… no surprise bills…. And they didn’t try to recommend me to get stuff that day that I didn’t need or couldn’t wait on… They kept saying (whatever you want to do no pressure) . Dr. Geiger is super nice… ....I can tell she makes work fun! I plan on sticking with them.

I have been going to this dentist my entire life and there is no way I would go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I brought my 3 year old in for her first appointment and they were AMAZING with her. She wasnt intimidated and they made it fun for her. She was excited to sit in the chair and have people look at her teeth. Her pediatrician kept telling me to take her to a pediatric dentist but there is no need. The staff work with kids so well that she was comfortable. I appreciate the service I have received from this group!

I have been going to this office for the past 5 years. I moved here after graduating from college and I wanted to find a good dentist. I found a great dentist, all 3 dentists in this facility are great. They take extra care and are gentle. I am the type of person that worries and is scared of the dentist office. Since going to Southeast Family Dental my dentist fears have gone away. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!!!

This is Stephanie Kennedy grandmother Betty Kennedy. I have been going to the Southeast Family Dental since my son was about 5-6 years old. He is 56 this year and would make up very old customers. Dr. Mark and his brother would be waiting for the school bus. Their Dad was the dentist then, and a good one. So that probably make us one of the oldest customer to come.

Having work done for a new crown and my visit was wonderful, yes, wonderful! They put you at ease and it was pleasant, plus I cant praise Dr. Geiger enough. She really knows her stuff.......I highly recommend Dr. Geiger. Their staff is really great, too! Im not experiencing any discomfort........a job well done! :) Linda

As always, the staff at Southeast Family Dental were wonderful during my visit. This time, I was running late because I brought my 4 week old baby with me. Everyone was very understanding and patient. There was even someone willing to hold and feed my baby while my teeth were polished and my appointment finished up. Thank you!

Per usual, all went phenomenally well at SFD. Brittany made the check-in simple and easy, and I was called back to the treatment room quickly. Brandy did a great job with cleaning my chompers both gently and with "umph" when needed, and she made the time in-chair fun and timeless. Cant wait to come back in December. :^D

Ive been going here about 4 years. This was a regular cleaning. I waited maybe 3 minutes and was brought back to the chair. They always remember me and remember personal details, which is great. The cleaning went very well and they are very knowledgeable whenever I have any questions.
