Dr. Hadley has been my dentist I have seen since I moved to Indianapolis. In that time, everyone I have met in Dr. Hadley’s office has been accommodating, welcoming and friendly. This kind of atmosphere is what gained my trust. Trust, which prior to moving to Indianapolis, was to a dentist in my family. I did not believe I would be able to find an office that cared for my needs and health like when I grew up but Dr. Hadley and his staff have definitely set that bar at the same level if not higher. Dr. Hadley is definitely one of the good guys. He is honest and tells you what you need to hear in order to keep good hygiene and a healthy mouth. My first cleaning I came to realize what the entire dentist field has to offer! Dr. Hadley’s office has some awesome technology from TVs to watch while getting a clean to pictures that track your oral health and tons of stuff in between. The staff will answer any questions you have and trust me when I say, I ask a lot. I had a few cleanings with his office before I decided to commit to Invisalign. As anticipated, I couldn’t be more pleased with how they have conducted themselves throughout. Dr. Hadley made sure to inform me of all aspects of the procedure and his staff has bent over backwards to make sure that the best results happen, that I am promptly taken care, and most importantly am comfortable with everything. I couldn’t thank the office enough for all that they have done for me. If you are looking for a small town, family-feeling Dentist office in a city that has tons of options, I would definitely recommend Dr. Hadley’s office without any apprehension. Dr. Hadley and his staff will take care of you the way you deserve to be treated whether it is regular hygienic cleaning or something more in order to keep you in top health!

The dentists are great and the staff is very friendly. I had no problems with the actual services as everything went smooth as expected. The only issue I had was the billing process. I had two insurances that covered most of the expenses. In order to receive services I was asked to pay over $300 up front which I did. Both insurances paid their portion and 60 days later I am still waiting for the billing dept. to finishing reviewing the account since I have a credit. I recommend to get an actual cost of services submitted to your insurance rather than an estimate before services.

I have had two visits in total now at Hadley Family Dentistry and both times have been great experiences. The staff Ive encountered both times have given exceptional customer service and to me that alone will keep me going back. I would and do suggest this office anytime Im in ear shot of someone talking about needing a dentist. Dr. Hadley and the staff are wonderful. They are quick, courteous and most understanding of the patients need. I use to get nervous going to the dentist and always worried about the cost. Dr. Hadleys office always keeps me informed about cost and the most efficient way to go about keeping my teeth and gums in great health. My family and I have been with Hadley Family Dentistry for years and I highly recommend them. Everyone one in the office is very professional and friendly. I especially recommend if you have small children, they have always been so kind and gentle with my daughter. They also send out reminder emails and texts before your scheduled appointment, which I find very helpful!

The staff are always professional and friendly. I never have much of a wait - if any - before being seen. The only inconvenience I have had is with rescheduling an appointment, in which I couldnt be seen for nearly two months from my originally scheduled appointment. My availability through the week is limited, and it was only a routine appointment.

This was my dentist when I lived in Indianapolis. The staff is friendly, worked well with insurance, were up front about all costs. The dentists were very thorough and professional. The office atmosphere was very comfortable, which took a lot of the unpleasantness of dental work out of it. Id recommend them if you are in the area.
