Most people fear going to the dentist; either because of the fear of possible pain to their mouth or the fear of the pain to their pockets! Dr. Irwin and his team are knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to make my needs as a patient are met! Ive never had to worry about being overcharged; both Wendy & Ola (the ladies in office) really know how insurance companies work. They always make sure that Im using my insurance in a way that benefits me best. Dr. Irwin and the dental team are gentle and thorough in their dental practices. What I appreciate most about Dr. Irwin is his willingness to answer ALL of my questions before AND after any procedure... he listens! He has never completed any work that was unnecessary; and when there was an emergency on the weekend, he made an appointment to see me within a hour without hesitation! I feel that he (and his team) truly cares about my dental health. I have been a patient for at least 10 years now. I recommend them without any hesitation!

BrightNow Dental was an ok dentist until I made an appointment & went in that morning at my scheduled time just to be turned away because I missed an appointment a few months before. Which was because of family emergencies. I even called & left messages on their answering machines to reschedule & they never called me back. So my tooth started hurting really bad & I made an appointment. Went in & the dentist turned me away with an excruciating hurting tooth just bcuz I missed an appointment a few months before. Ive never been turned away from a doctor or dentist before. I found it to be very unprofessional from the dentist standpoint because he didnt even talk to me. The assistant did. I will never go back & I will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Erving is a fantastic dentist, so knowledgeable, kind and concerned about his patients and there complete satisfaction with their dental experience in his office . His staff Wendy and Ella are professional and courteous when you come in the office they make you feel so welcome and specia. Hello! Ive been coming to Bright Now for a few years now, and as a result have made significant improvements in my dental health! Part of this success goes to the persistence of my wife, but the majority goes to my dental hygientist, Marsha. Shes always a pleasure and makes the experience worth repeating. The two young ladies at the front desk are also always fantastic. They are always chipper (even during my 8am appointments), and get a few laughs out me.

The staff here were very friendly and informative. Everyone greeted my husband and me with smiles and were very helpful. It has been awhile since my last visit to a dentist. I was very nervous about seeing one but Dr. Ervin and hygienist Marsha took great care of my teeth and put my fears at ease. Hygienist Marsha was very gentle and thorough during my sessions with her. All my visits have been very pleasant and would highly recommend coming here!

My experience was great this morning at Bright Now. I complained that my teeth needed to be even and shaved down. I joked saying that I could do it myself with a finger nail file. The staff was courtesy, calm and professional. I was easily able to get the service I requested and my teeth look great. The staff is very nice and I can see myself sticking with Bright Now dental for a long time. Job well done. Thanks!

Pleasant experience. Dr. Ervin was knowledgeable as to what I should and shouldnt do as far as procedures in my case. The front office was very helpful with getting me upfront pricing so I knew exactly what I would be expecting to pay out of pocket after insurance. I would recommend and use them again.

Dr. Harold Ervin is a true gem among dentists. Never have I had a dentist as careful or skilled. His assistant, Doris, and hygienist, Brook, keep the pearlies looking good. Wendy, and Ella make the paperwork easy, with an eye toward customer savings, and are hilarious to boot!
