Crooked implants. Very painful and bad experience. I had dental implants done here 2 years ago. One of the metal post they drilled into my jawbone was very crooked. Immediately after the procedure 2 impants became loose and one ripped out. It was excruciating painful. I believe it was because the one post was too crooked. Dr Fowler agreed to replace them but we agreed to wait and see if the one post would tighten up. I go back a few months ago and had them re-install the o-ring for the implant that was loose 2 years ago. I had been doing ok with the 2 post that were left. Within a couple weeks all of the other implants became loose and ripped out one by one until everyone came out. So we reschedule to have them all re-done. Now they want to charge me the full price to have this procedure done again. Were talking $2000. I tried to reason with Rose the office manager and asked why do they have to charge me the full price for 4 implants when they were going to do the for free. She agreed that yes they would have replaced the 2 for free 2 years ago but not now. Sjhe tried to tell me that the other post came out because I removed the o-rings whebn they became loose. I asked why then did we remove the o-ring from the loose post 2 years ago and wait to see if it would tighten up? I mean if removing the o-rings causes the implants to come out, then why did we do this 2 years ago. Of course theirs no explabnation for that. Im a reasonable person and fully expected to pay something. I think that paying half price was fair. Id be paying full price for the 2 that just came out, and the other 2 should be done for free since that was the deal 2 years ago. But the only thing she can say is I waited too long. But the thing is, I waited 2 years to give the bone time to grow around the post. I really didnt want to go through this procedure again. And I didnt want Dr Fowler to have to do the procedure again either if he didnt have too. I was trying to do the best for both of us. If removing the o-rings causes the implants to come out (which is what Ms Rose told me today) then they should have never been told that removing the o-rings may give the post a chance to tighten up. I will say that I have always been happy here and fealt I was treated very well until this financial issue. Dr Fowler is a likeable person and the staff has always been great. But I do believe that because the one implant was too crooked to begin with is why this has happened. I think it is a shame to do this to a good customer. I intend to get a copy of the dental records and have a third party review how crooked the one post was originally and go from there. I really hate to post a negative report about a service providor but I just cant stand a bully. And I just feel like I got the shaft on this deal.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my grandfather in to have surgery, and right after I told him good luck, I went outside to go literally right across the street to get some food. My grandpa rushed outside as I was about to back out and told me I couldnt leave because they said I was not allowed to leave since he was having surgery. I called my father and he talked to the woman at the desk. My father was here here earlier in the day with my grandfather and they didnt even inform my grandfather that somoneone even had to be with him during the surgery, nor inform him that if someone did come that they couldnt leave the building. Prior to today, my grandfather wasted a trip here because they gave him the wrong time for his appointment, so they rescheduled fot today. Also when I came in today with my grandfather, there was an elderly woman at the desk turning in her paperwork. The lady at the desk informed the woman that her doctor had another place to be and she would need to reschedule because she was 10, TEN minutes late for her appointment. This place likes to waste everyones time.

I had a tooth extracted, a bone graft, and an implant put in. The dentist was great. The staff in part is horrible. Avoid Tanya at all costs. She was extremely rude to me and completely unprofessional. The office didnt give me the proper instructions for taking medication for inflammation. I have laid in extreme pain. When calling the office Tanya talked very nastily to me. She refused to let me talk or barely ask a question and actually called me names while avoiding EVERY question I asked. I am still hopeful that I didnt make a mistake by coming here, but I hope the entire office heard her our conversation. Just by hearing HER, they would obviously be able to tell that she was making things up. If I didnt hurt so bad I would laugh. She actually said out loud not to cuss at her (no curse words were said...lol). She told me not to yell at her. Im not capable of yelling...She even said that I couldnt be in pain or I wouldnt be able to talk to her. Tanya needs to be fired and get a job at McDonalds where everyone knows customer service doesnt matter. IT SHOULD HERE!

Worst experience of my life. I went in to see if I could have partials made and the dentist told me he couldnt because my teeth were to weak and talked me in to extracting all my teeth so I did and I was to have the dentures implanted. I went in had the procedure done and have been in pain for since then. I went in every week 1-2 times a week complaining they hurt and didnt fit they just said Im healing I got an infection in the implant site they said I didnt so I had to go back 3 times and push puss out of the implant site for them to believe me. The antibiotics they gave me didnt work so I decided to go somewhere else and get it fixed. They were horrified by my mouth and how it looked. I had a (Bone spur) Affordable denture said my gums would heal over it... nope not the case. and my implants fell out after 1 month. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE not even to my worst enemy

I had 8 extractions, and I was kept very comfortabe; it was over before I knew it. I have the new denture wearer package. I can come in as many times as needed, for a refitting as my gums heal. I found the dentist and the staff wonderful. A friend highly recommended this office, and I can see why. I found the staff patient and made sure I had a comfortable fiit, before leaving. Not a "factory" as someone implied. Nor did they, "just took my money." I also have the option to get implants to help secure the bottom set. I was not pressured to get anything I did not want. I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone. The people at the front desk have always been pleasant to me. Sorry to say, but some people are never satisfied, regardless of how theyre treated. Paula Jarret
