Never had an issue till now. I completely understand "team meetings" are essentially necessary from time to time, but locking your patients out and not bothering to call them ahead of time, to let them know not to show up until 5 minutes before their appointment? Extremely unprofessional and quite rude, I went out of my way to be prompt and prepared by respectfully showing up a few minutes early to cater to any paperwork and or documentation deemed necessary, yet this happens. Contemplating on giving another chance, but the stakes are highly unlikely.

Excellent service BUT they forgot to add in a couple of services in the estimate they gave me.....and then sent me a bill for $400 or $500! I love the Dentists!! One of the front desk people and one of the assistants were rude but youll have bad apples anywhere you go. I love them but now that I suddenly owe them so much money.......I have to wait until I pay it all until I can go back and I have a cavity that hurts.

My experience with Morton Family Dental of Franklin IN has been phenomenal. Best dentist office in the Franklin area hands down and they are very flexible with early morning weekday appointments available at 7:30am. Plus, they routinely offer deals on oral exams and teeth whitening too. You will be in and out quickly and leave with bright white teeth. An exceptional group of dentists!

Dr. Mandy is not only the nicest dentist Ive ever dealt with, she is possibly the nicest medical professional Ive ever met. If youre an adult with a silly phobia of dentists like I had then I would highly recommend Morton Family. Theyre professional and friendly.
