I had to have an abscess drained twice - same are, same spot. The first time (when a local anesthetic was applied, an incision cut, and Dr. Hudgens squeezed the abscess until most of the puss had drained) I received a credit after my copay and the insurance payment had been made. The second time I came after the abscess had already burst, so all Dr. Hudgens did was squeeze it- no anesthesia an no incision. Why do I owe $25 after the credit, my copay, and another insurance payment is applied? Also why wasnt the fluid cultured so we could make sure the proper treatment was applied so I wouldnt keep getting the same abscess? When I got the abscess a third time I left a message and had Walgreens request a refill of the antibiotic that had been previously been given. I received no call back and Walgreens said that there was no explanation listed on the fax they received denying the refill request. Well this time I went to Centra Care, had my abscess incised, drained, and packed. The doctor also suggested and collected a sample for culture. I would never go back nor recommend this provider because of the inadequacy, the overcharging, and the rudeness of not having returned a call or provided an explanation as to why they would fail to treat a patient.

I had 2 " SkinPen-Microneedling" treatments administrated by the esthetician ( Alli) at the office of Dr. Hudgens and it literally destroyed the elasticity, collagen, and fat of my face. It has been around 3 months since my last procedure and I look 20 years older. When I contacted the esthetician about my horrible results, she told me that " I have been the only client with these bad results" and offered me a facial and skin care products ( skinceuticals) with a discount. However, I was never offered a visit with the doctor to find out "why" this procedure totally ruined my skin when It supposed to "rejuvenate" it. Neither, I was offered a reimburse of the $500 plus %30 of " gratitude" that I paid for both treatments. My husband, son, and I have been receiving dermatological services at this office for over 2 years and I am VERY disappointed with the way that my case has been addressed. Dr Hudgens seemed to be a caring professional and I definitely expected more from her and her staff. I do not recommend this office or SkinPen Microneedling administrated by this esthetician to anybody. Pics attached.

New to the area and made an appointment for Juvederm which Ive had before. My experience was painful and unsuccessful. I received a bruise above my right lip, and a bruise at the corner of my mouth on the left side. I never bruised before and I take no aspirin products. She suggested Botox around my mouth, which I consented to however when she injected the area above my lip on the left side she injected too deep and injected the Botox into my mouth, in which I panicked and she laughed. Half way through the procedure I became dizzy and they laid my chair back. However, I was left alone for almost 30 minutes. When she returned she must have forgotten where she left off or she did not finish because my left lip is bigger than my right. I have 2 hard knots on the left side and 2 hard knots on the right side. I have never gotten dizzy before but her office staff stated that it happens to someone at least once a week. I called the office the next day and Dr. Hudgens did return my call. She left a voice mail which was very condescending, in which I decided not to call back or return for correction.

I found Dr. Hudgens to be very impersonal and her office staff to be very overwhelmed. My experience got must worse when I went to the pharmacy after my visit. 2 out of 3 of the scripts she had given me were not covered by insurance. I know these things can happen but I spent the next two weeks calling this office trying to get them to switch the scripts for something else. The nurse was very rude and kept asking "what well they cover" my response was well, I am not a doctor so I have no idea how to answer this question. I finally gave up after two weeks of never being able to get in touch with a live person in the office and leaving countless voice messages because no one answers the phone. Based on my personal experience and issues with the office being unwilling to work with me to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this office. I have suggested to my employer/ insurance company they investigate this practice.

We see Dr Hudgens annually, and then as required. I want to send the staff of our GP, urologist, my wifes gynecologist, OUC, ADT, Comcast and all of those other people who are totally lacking in customer support skills to this office to see how it SHOULD be done. With a friendly, efficient staff and a beautifully appointed waiting room, the entire experience is as pleasant as a trip to a doctors office can be. And of course the most important fact is that Dr Hudgens is a caring physician with a great bedside manner. Make it a point to look at the photos in her office--she was a gymnast in school, and while an undergraduate her team won the National Championship, earning them a trip to the White House and photos with the President. Dr Hudgens practice is truly outstanding.

Dr. Hudgens is AMAZING! I went today to have a basal cell carcinoma removed from my cheek. Dr. Hudgens and her staff are most kind and caring! Dr. Hudgens explained everything she was doing during the procedure from start to finish. She is warm and asked me often if I had any questions, or if anything hurt. I am truly blessed to have been recommended to her from my PCP. I felt like I was in a Beverly Hills practice. Thank you thank you Dr. and Ill see you next week to have my stitches removed. ALWAYS wear your sun block, or you may end up like me. Skin Cancer is NO JOKE! The Doctor told me today that if Id worn sunscreen for the last 40 yrs, I probably could have prevented skin cancer!

After a month and half waiting for my appointment, didnt get any reminder with the time , I tried to call no one is picking up the phone . I left a msg to ask if it is cancer can I wait a month and half to see the doctor without effect my health no one answer me back . Waited a month and half , no reminder , got day off my work , drove from Tampa to Orlando was 20 mins late , refused to see me , thanks for taking care of the patient , wasted my time , health , no reminder , drove all of that to go back and havent seen by a doctor now I will have to find another doctor and get time , if anything happened to me I blame that doctor , I dont recommend anyone to experience my experience.
